Abstract
PT. Antam (Persero) Tbk. yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Toho, Kabupaten Pontianak, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat ini merupakan perusahaan milik negeri yang bergerak di bidang penambangan bijih bauksit. Belum adanya kegiatan
penambangan yang dilakukan pada perusahaaan yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Toho, khususnya Desa Terap ini, sehingga perlu adanya suatu rancangan agar rencana produksi sebesar 340.000 ton/tahun (wbx) ini dapat terwujud.
Hasil perhitungan berdasarkan rancangan yang telah dibuat, didapatkan cadangan bjih bauksit tertambang sebesar 990.715,25 ton dengan rencana
overburden yang akan dipindahkan sebesar 1.028.840,22 bcm, sehingga didapatkan nilai overall stripping ratio sebesar 1,038 : 1. Dengan target produksi sebesar 28.333,34 Ton per bulannya maka umur
penambangan selama 16 bulan 24 hari. Elevasi terendah dalam perancangan design pit ini yaitu hingga elevasi – 2 mdpl. Rancangan penambangan dilakukan dalam empat periode.
Pada periode pertama berdasarkan hasil rancangan maka didapatkan target bijih bauksit yang bisa dicapai adalah sebesar 208.273,00 ton, overburden yang
bisa digali adalah sebesar 203.890,87 bcm, dengan nilai
striping ratio 0,98 : 1. Proses penambangan pada periode pertama yaitu selama 3,53 bulan. Pada periode kedua berdasarkan hasil rancangan maka didapatkan target
bijih bauksit yang bisa dicapai adalah sebesar 298.922,75 ton, overburden yang bisa digali adalah sebesar 312.788,87 bcm, dengan nilai striping ratio 1,05 : 1.
Proses penambangan pada periode kedua yaitu selama 5,06 bulan. Pada periode ketiga berdasarkan hasil rancangan maka didapatkan target bijih bauksit yang bisa dicapai adalah sebesar 265.547,75 ton,overburden yang bisa digali adalah sebesar 254.952,99 bcm, dengan nilai
striping ratio 0,96 : 1. Proses penambangan pada periode ketiga yaitu selama 4,50 bulan. Pada periode keempat berdasarkan hasil rancangan maka didapatkan
target bijih bauksit yang bisa dicapai adalah sebesar 217.971,75 ton, overburden yang bisa digali adalah sebesar 257.207,49 bcm, dengan nilai striping ratio
1,18 : 1. Proses penambangan pada periode keempat yaitu selama 3,69 bulan. Panjang jalur pengangkutan bijih bauksit selama 4 periode relatif sama, yaitu sekitar ± 0,5 km. Jumlah kebutuhan alat gali muat dan alat angkut untuk penggalian bijih bauksit juga relatif sama, yaitu pada periode pertama hingga periode keempat dibutuhkan 2 unit alat gali muat excavator Komatsu PC 350 LC7
dan 3 unit dumptruck Hino FG 235 JJ.
PT. Antam (Persero) Tbk. Toho is located in District Pontianak, West Kalimantan is a state-owned company engaged in the mining of bauxite ore. The
absence of mining activities conducted on firms located in District Toho, especially Terap village, so the need for a design so that the production plan of
340,000 tons / year (wbx) can be realized. Results of calculations based on the design have been made, obtained ore reserves amounted to 990,715.25 tons of bauxite mined by the plan overburden to be moved by 1,028,840.22 bcm, to obtain the value of overall stripping ratio of
1.038: 1. With a production target of 28,333.34 tons per month, the age of mine for 16 months 24 days. The lowest elevation in the design of this pit design that is
up to elevation - 2 masl. The design mining is done in four periods.In the first period, the design is based on the results obtained bauxite ore targets that can be achieved amounted to 208,273.00 tons, which can be extracted
overburden amounted to 203,890.87 bcm, with a value of striping ratio of 0.98 : 1. The process of mining in the first period is over 3.53 month.
In the second period, the design is based on the results obtained bauxite ore targets that can be achieved amounted to 298,922.75 tons, which can be
extracted overburden amounted to 312,788.87 bcm, with a value of striping ratio of 1.05 : 1. The process of mining in the second period is over 5.06 month.
In the third period, the design is based on the results obtained bauxite ore targets that can be achieved amounted to 265,547.75 tons, which can be extracted
overburden amounted to 254,952.99 bcm, with a value of striping ratio of 0.96 : 1.
The process of mining in the third period is over 4.50 month. In the fourth period, the design is based on the results obtained bauxite ore targets that can be achieved amounted to 217,971.75 tons, which can be extracted
overburden amounted to 254,952.99 bcm, with a value of striping ratio of 0.96 : 1.
The process of mining in the fourth period is over 4.50 month. Long haul road bauxite ore during the fourth period of relatively the same, which is around ± 0.5 km. Number needs excavator loading and transportation
means for the excavation of bauxite ore are also relatively common, namely in the first period to fourth period required 2 units fit excavator backhoe Komatsu PC
350 LC-7 and 3 units of dump trucks Hino FG 235 JJ.
