Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan dan
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure terhadap reaksi investor.
Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling
dengan kriteria perusahaan pertambangan yang mengikuti program PROPER pada
tahun 2010-2013. Model yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier
berganda dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang
terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji
heteroskedastisitas dan menggunakan analisis linier berganda ,serta uji hipotesis.
Selama periode pengamatan data penelitian, menunjukan bahwa data
terdistribusi normal. Dari hasil uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji
autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas tidak ditemukan variabel menyimpang
dari asumsi klasik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa data telah memenuhi syarat untuk
menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa
kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap reaksi investor. Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure tidak berpengaruh terhadap reaksi investor.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental Performance and
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure. This population in this study is
a mining company in Indonesia. The population of this study were 37 mining
company and the total sample of 11 company. In purposive sampling using
random sampling with criteria of mining company that follow the PROPER
program in the year 2010-2013. The analyze technique used in this study is
multiple linear regression and hypothesis test. Clsssic assumption test covering
normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and the
autocorrelation test is also usend in this study.
The result of this study indicate that Environmental Performance have effect
on the Investor Reaction. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure
haven’t effect on the Investor Reaction.
