Abstract
Pakistan and India are two countries in South Asia are always dogged by the ongoing conflict. The conflict can have detrimental effect in terms of economic, political, cultural, military and social terms. Open access to Bollywood movies by Pakistan amid tensions between them are interesting to study. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of open access Bollywood movies in 2006 for Pakistan. The methods used in this study are data collection, research methods, and analysis techniques. The writer describes the background of the conflict between India and Pakistan using research library. The method used is a descriptive & analytics qualitative method. Analytical technique is performed by descriptive techniques through the process of data analysis to show the related facts. The limitations of this study aims to avoid deviation in the future. In this study the writer concluded that there are positive and negative impacts of the open access to Bollywood films for Pakistan in 2006-2008. The positive impact itself is clearly seen that there is political education at the community level among them, and also a positive economic impacts of both countries. Whereas the negative impact is the culture clash between them. Moreover, the religious differences lead them into the split between India and Pakistan
