Abstract
ABSTRAK penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indoonesia (BEI) pada periode 2010-2013. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi sebanyak 56. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Intellectual capital dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Intellectual Capital, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan. ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of intellectual capital, Profitability,and Firm Size on firm value. The population in this study is a mining company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2010-2013 period. The data used in this research is secondary data and the sampling technique used purpoosive sampling. The sample used in this study were 14 companies with the number of observatioons as much as 56. The method of analysis used in this study was a multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that theprofitability effect the firm value, while intellectual capital and firm size has no effect on firm value.
