Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan faktor fundamental yang terdiri dari ROI, EPS, PBV dan DAR secara silmutan dan persial terhadap harga saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008 – 2012 dan didapat 18 sempel perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id dan ICMD. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengujian secara silmutan diperoleh hasil bahwa ROI, EPS PBV dan DAR berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial ROI, EPS dan PBV berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan DAR tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Return On Invesment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Total Asset (DAR) dan Harga Saham. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know the influence of fundamental factors that relationship consists of ROI, EPS, PBV and DAR are silmutan and partial on stock prices of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2008 -2012 and obtained 18 sample of companies. Types of data used are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and ICMD. The method of analysis used in this study is regression analysis. The results of this study indicate silmutan testing result that the ROI, EPS, PBV and DAR effect on stock prices. Partially ROI, EPS and PBV effect on stock prices and the DAR has no effect on stock prices.
