Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, dan corporate governance terhadap partisipasi ISRA. alat ukur yang digunakan untuk menguji adalah net profit margin (NPM), perbandingan utang jangka panjang dan ekuitas, dan intensitas rapat dewan komisaris dan intensitas rapat dewan komite audit. Intensitas memperoleh ISRA digunakan untuk menentukan partisipasi ISRA. Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 perusahaan yang mendapatkan ISRA dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, selama periode 2009-2013. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, dan corporate governance terhadap partisipasi ISRA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan, struktur modal, dan corporate governance memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi ISRA. The intensity to gain ISRA is used to determine participation ISRA. This study uses the 24 companies that get ISRA and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, during the period 2009-2013. The results showed that the financial performance, capital structure andcorporate governance have a significant impact on the participation of ISRA .
