Abstract
ABSTRAK Financial distress merupakan tahap penurunan kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio likuiditas, rasio leverage, rasio profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan pada kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress pada perusahaan pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2013. Metode purposive sampling digunakan sebagai metode penentuan sampel, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi logistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, rasio leverage dan ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada financial distres. Kata Kunci: rasio likuiditas, leverage, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, financial distress. ABSTRACT Financial distress is the decline stage of the company’s financial condition. This study aims to determine the effet of liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio and firm size on the likelihood of financial distress in mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013. Purposive sampling method is used as a method of sampling, in order to obtain a sample of 18 companies. Technique of analysis data used logistic regresion analysis. Based on the result of the research showed that profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, and firm size do not have a significant effection the financial distress.
