Abstract

In overburden stripping activities, PT. Artha Niaga Cakrabuana using a combination of work-load excavator
The main cause of not achieving the production target is lost time in the effective working time . Lost work time due to work constraints are a factor of
transportation The achievement of production targets is done by increasing the effective
working time with prevention or reduction of the time lost because of the obstacles that occur on the activities of loading and transportation, so that the
production of means of conveyance of 351.772,55 BCM / month to 386.118,08 BCM / month. Therefore an increase in the effective working time does not reach
the production target will require another option is the option of adding working hours to 21 hours / day and the option of adding 1 unit of dump truck for fleet 1 so
that the amount of dump truck 6 units and match factor close to 1. Efforts to improve production by adding hours of work, changing the production of
transport means the total to 405,423.98 BCM / month. Efforts to increase the
production of the other is the addition of 1 unit of dump trucks to the fleet 1 , so
that the production of transport means the total to 410,089.12 BCM / month .

PT. Artha Niaga Cakrabuana adalah perusahaan kontraktor tambang batubara, berada di wilayah Desa Tani Harapan, Kecamatan Loa Janan,
Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. PT. Artha Niaga Cakrabuana menambangan batubara, memakai sistem tambang terbuka PT. ANC melakukan pengupasan lapisan material penutup menggunakan
alat gali-muat Penyebab utama tidak tercapainya target produksi adalah adanya
kehilangan waktu dalam waktu kerja efektif. Kehilangan waktu kerja disebabkan
oleh hambatan kerja yaitu faktor alat
Pencapaian target produksi dilakukan dengan meningkatkan waktu kerja
efektif dengan melakukan pencegahan atau pengurangan terhadap waktu hilang
karena hambatan–hambatan yang terjadi pada kegiatan pemuatan dan
pengangkutan, sehingga produksi alat angkut dari 351.772,55 BCM/bulan
menjadi 386.118,08 BCM/bulan. Oleh karena peningkatan waktu kerja efektif
tidak mencapai target produksi maka diperlukan opsi lain yaitu opsi penambahan
jam kerja menjadi 21 jam/hari dan opsi penambahan 1 unit alat angkut untuk fleet
1 sehingga jumlah alat angkut 6 unit dan match faktor mendekati 1. Upaya untuk
meningkatkan produksi dengan melakukan penambahan jam kerja, merubah
produksi alat angkut total menjadi 405.423,98 BCM/bulan. Upaya untuk
meningkatkan produksi yang lain adalah penambahan 1 unit dump truck ke fleet 1,
sehingga produksi alat angkut total menjadi 410.089,12 BCM/bulan.
