Abstract
Seiring dengan perkembangan waktu, pengabadian sebuah momen tidak lagi hanya pada media dalam menceritakan peristiwa, tetapi dapat diciptakan persis seperti bkeadaan nyata momen yang disebut foto. Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh foto-foto tentang gaya hidup dalam akun media social Instagram pada Komunitas Instameet Yogyakarta, berisi tentang bagaimana gaya hidup yang dimiliki sebagai alat komunikasi serta media untuk eksistensi diri. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis isi pada foto-foto tentang gaya hidup dalam komunitas Instameet. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori ketergantungan yang memprediksikan khalayak ketergantungan pada media. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui unit analisis foto Komunitas Instameet, seperti kategori busana Kasual sebanyak (97,22%). Taman dan Café dijadikan pengambilan foto kategori tempat masing-masing data diperoleh sebesar (30,55%). Jenis Hiburan yang dominan pada foto adalah Action sebanyak (94,44%). Berdasarkan data unit analisis Tehnik Fotografi Dof Luas (87,5%) yang banyak digunakan dalam pengambilan foto, dengan perbandingan presentase komentar positif dan komentar negative adalah (100%) dan (0%). Data yang diperoleh untuk Kombinasi kategori Aksesoris sebesar (50%), diikuti respon suka (Likers) foto yang diunggah antara 100-500 sebanyak (93,06%) dan yang terakhir gaya hidup paling dominan diposting adalah Traveller, dengan data diperoleh sebanyak (50%) karena kebanyakan foto dalam akun bertema Traveller. Pada akhirnya Mobile Photography lebih banyak digunakan dalam akun Instagram pada Komunitas Instameet Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci : Foto, Gaya Hidup, Komunitas Instameet Yogyakarta As the time goes by, a moment is no longer told by describing how it was happened. Now, it can be reconstructed in a photograph for how it was happened. This research is triggered by the lifestyle photograph posted on the Instagram by the member of Yogyakarta Instameet Community to maintain their existence on the internet. This research used a descriptive method by analyzing the content of the lifestyle photo posted by the member of the community. By applying the Mass Communication theory, the researcher gained access the information about the photo posted by this community on Instagram. The result shows that the content of the 97,22% percent of the posted photo are categorized as casual fashion. 30,55% percent of the photo are taken in the park and café. Type of the entertainment exposed in the photo are 94.44% action entertainment. Based on the analysis of the photography technique, 87,5% are taken by applying the wide DoF (Depth of Field) technique. The comparison between the positive and negative comment are 100% and 0%. The data obtained for the combined category are 50% and 93,06% of the posted photo gained 100-500 likers. Lastly, the lifestyle photo dominantly posted by the member of this community is the traveler lifestyle as 50% of the member has decided to consistently post this scategory on their Instagram. The members also use the mobile photography platform to post all of the photo related to their lifestyle. Keywords: Photo, Lifestyle, Yogyakarta Instameet Community.
