Abstract
Penulis membuat aplikasi pengajuan tugas akhir berbasis web, dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini penulis menggunakan perangkat lunak PHP, MySQL, dan Dramweaver 8 sebagai software pendukung. Fitur dari aplikasi ini terdapat 3 user dalam pemakaiannya yaitu, mahasiswa, dosen, dan admin. Aplikasi ini memudahkan mahasiswa dan dosen dalam mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan mengenai tugas akhir, seperti jadwal seminar tugas akhir, dosen pembimbing, nilai seminar. Dengan aplikasi ini, mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Industri UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta dapat mengajukan tugas akhir dan mendapatkan informasi mengenai tugas akhir melalui internet. Penulis Menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi dan pemeliharaan. Proses pembuatan aplikasi tugas akhir telah selesai dibuat ini dapat dijalankan dengan status online melalui koneksi jaringan internet dan offline dengan koneksi jaringan lokalhost. Kata kunci:Internet, Tugas Akhir,Web, Perancangan dan Pembuatan The author makes application a web-based submission of final project, in the making of this application software author uses PHP, MySQL, and 8 as a software supporting Dramweaver. Features of this application is its use in IE 3 users, students, professors, and admin. This application makes it easy for students and lecturers in getting needed information regarding final assignment, like seminar schedule for final assignment, supervising professor, the value of the seminar. With this application, a student of industrial engineering Courses UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta can file the final project and get information about the final tasks over the internet. The author uses the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes the planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. The process of making final project application has been completed it can be run with the status online through the internet and offline network connection with network connection lokalhost.
