Abstract
PT. Mitra Rekatama Mandiri sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan produk main pulley. Permasalahan dari persediaan bahan baku tersebut menyebabkan perusahaan harus menentukan kebijakan persediaan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kebijakan perusahaan dalam mengendalikan persediaan bahan baku agar total biaya persediaan minimum. Pengendalian adalah berhubungan dengan perbandingan kejadian-kejadian dengan rencana-rencana dan melakukan tindakan-tindakan koreksi yang perlu terhadap kejadian-kejadian yang menyimpang dari rencana-rencana. Sedangkan peramalan dilakukan dengan metode yang sesuai dengan pola data yang terbentuk dan sofware yang digunakan adalah WINQS 3.0. dengan menggunakan MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) sebagai parameter nilai kesalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kebutuhan bahan baku selama satu periode sebagai gambaran untuk merencanakan kebutuhan bahan baku dimasa yang akan datang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan memplotkan data dan metode peramalan yang terpilih adalah MAD yangh terkecil serta menggunakan metode EOQ yaitu dengan menentukan Safety Stock, Re Order Point dan menentukan Q optimal dan Total Inventory Cost (TIC), sehingga didapatkan hasil dari Re Order Point adalah 1.263,636 kg, Safety Stock sebanyak 1258,53 kg dan Total Inventory Cost selama satu tahun sebesar Rp. 1.032.993.173,- Kata Kunci: Persediaan bahan baku, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), bahan baku Geram PT . Rekatama Mitra Mandiri as a company engaged in the manufacture of products around the pulley . Problems of supply of raw materials caused the company must determine the optimal inventory policies . This study aims to determine the company's policy in controlling the supply of raw materials so that the minimum total inventory cost . Control is related to the ratio of the events with the plans and take actions necessary corrections to the events that deviate from the plans. While forecasting is done by the method according to the data pattern is formed and software used is WINQS 3.0. by using MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) as the parameter value error. This study uses data needs raw materials during the period as a description for planning raw material requirements in the future. Based on the results of data processing is done by plotting the data and forecasting method chosen is the smallest MAD yangh and use EOQ method is by determining Safety Stock, Re Order Point and determine the optimal Q and Total Inventory Cost (TIC), so that the results obtained from Re Order Point is 1263.636 kg, as much as 1258.53 kg Safety Stock and Total Inventory Cost for a year of Rp. 1,032,993,173, - Keywords : Inventories of raw materials , Economic Order Quantity ( EOQ ) , raw materials Furious
