Abstract
In this current age, internet and mobile have expanded rapidly so that computer system can be developed well. This expansion gives a big influence on all of sectors including health especially for a Blood Donor Unit PMI Klaten. In PMI Klaten, they still use a manual system for the blood data processing so that the features used are not so complete. There are no certain features such as the SMS Gateway, SMS for donor reminder, appreciation feature, blood transaction, donor location, and blood request. The blood stock information is showed in PMI Klaten website and can be accessed by phone using SMS because it is practical so that people can see the blood stock information wherever and whenever they are. Because of that, a new system is needed to complete the existing system in order to make people easier in looking for the blood stock information and the PMI Klaten organizer especially for Blood Donor Unit sector. In developing this thesis, the methodology used is waterfall methods. Moreover, PHP and HTML are used as the mathematic language whereas gammu is used for the SMS Gateway and MYSQL as the database. In this research, Web-based of Blood Stock Application and SMS Gateway is found in order to give a solution and make the blood data management easier in Blood Donor Unit PMI Klaten. In this application includes some features such as the donors system, blood stock, blood transaction, appreciation feature, blood request, blood location, SMS reminder feature, and SMS Gateway facility. Keywords : Blood Donor Unit, SMS Gateway. Perkembangan dunia teknologi internet dan mobile semakin pesat sehingga membuat sistem komputer menjadi lebih berkembang. Perkembangan ini berdampak luas pada semua sektor, termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan khususnya Unit Donor Darah PMI kabupaten Klaten. Untuk pengolahan data darah masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga dan fitur-fitur yang digunakan juga belum lengkap. Seperti tidak ada fasilitas SMS Gateway, SMS pengingat donor, fitur penghargaan, transaksi darah, tempat donor, permintaan darah. Informasi stok darah ditampilkan di website PMI Kabupaten Klaten dan dapat diakses oleh handphone lewat sms karena praktis sehingga masyarakat bisa melihat informasi stok darah dimana saja dan kapan saja. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat melengkapi sistem yang ada sehingga memudahkan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi persedian darah dan pengelola PMI Kabupaten Klaten khususnya dibagian Unit Donor Darah. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode waterfall. Untuk bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP dan HTML. Sedangkan program SMS Gateway menggunakan gammu dan databasenya menggunakan MYSQL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah Aplikasi Stok Darah Berbasis Web dan SMS Gateway Pada Unit Donor Darah PMI Kabupaten Klaten yang diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dan mempermudah dalam pengelolaan data darah pada Unit Donor Darah PMI Kabupaten Klaten. Dalam aplikasi ini meliputi data pendonor, persedian darah, transaksi darah, fitur penghargaan, permintaan darah, tempat donor, fitur SMS pengingat donor dan fasilitas SMS Gateway.
