Abstract
This study aims to determine the financial feasibility of separately conducted by PT. SRL 2 in Central Mamuju district West Sulawesi province. The method used was case studies method. Analysis techniques using the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period. The results of this research are PT. SRL 2 has a financial feasibility of the NPV criterion has Rp 19.300.064.165 (19.300.064.165 > 0), IRR 16,01% (16,01% > 12%) is greater than bank internal rates, and payback period is 4 years 5 months, which means a faster payback period of the project life.
