Abstract
This study aims to (1) analyze the business profit of Nata de Soya Processing Industry. (2) analyze the feasibility of Nata de Soya Industry. (3) to know the raw material absorption level of Nata de Soya Industry. (4) to know the labour absorption level of Nata de Soya Industry. (5) to know problem faced by labour of Nata de Soya Industry. The sample is taken using case study method. To know the profit used Profit Analysis, and to know the feasibility used Net B/C, and Profit Rate. The location of this research was taken by purposive method. The Sampling method which had been applied is census. Data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that (1) Nata de Soya Industry gives profit (2) Nata de Soya Industry is feasible. (3) The absorption level of raw material is 2,077% per months. (4) The absorption level of labour is 31,57% per months. (5) The problem were faced by labour are finance capital, the processing of sorted Nata and mixed material (coconut water).
