Abstract
Karakteristik reservoar yang telah dilakukan pada Formasi Baturaja Cekungan Sumatera Selatan dengan menggunakan data log sebagai data utama. Daerah telitian disusun oleh batugamping Formasi Baturaja Cekungan Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini terletak pada Lapangan “Matahari”, Sumatera Selatan yang merupakan daerah eksplorasi PT. PERTAMINA Persero. Analisis petrofisik bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi perilaku hidrokarbon berdasarkan data log yang dimiliki. Log yang digunakan yaitu log porositas, resistivity, dan litologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 7 sumur, namun hanya 4 sumur saja yang memiliki kelengkapan log yang dapat dianalisa secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai properti batuan yang diduga sebagai lapisan batuan reservoar kemudian dilakukan korelasi struktur untuk mengetahui kemenerusan dari zona reservoar tersebut. Properti reservoar yang dianalisa antara lain nilai porositas, saturasi air, dan kandungan serpih. Hasil analisis petrofisik pada Lapangan “Matahari” menunjukkan bahwa lapangan tersebut memiliki 2 zona yang memiliki prospek hidrokarbon yang terdapat pada masing-masing sumur. Jenis litologi pada Lapangan “Matahari” merupakan batugamping Formasi Baturaja. Nilai porositas berkisar antara 0.075-0.41, nilai saturasi air berkisar antara 0.16-0,445, dan nilai kandungan serpih berkisar 0.18-0.148. Kata kunci : Reservoar, analisis petrofisik, porositas, saturasi air, kandungan serpih Reservoir charateristics have been done on Baturaja Formation of South Sumatra Basin by using log data as primary data. The research area is part of limestone from Baturaja Formation of South Sumatra Basin. This study located in “Matahari” field which is an exploration area of PT.PERTAMINA Persero. Petropysical analysis aims to investigate the behavior of hydrocarbon based on log data. Log that used are porosity log, resistivity, and lithology log. This study used data from 7 wells that were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, but only 4 wells had a complete log. The analysis aims to determine the value of rock property that identified as a reservoir layer then doing a structure correlation to know the continuity of reservoir zones. Reservoir properties such as the value of porosity, water saturation, and shale content. The result of petrophysical analysis in the “Matahari” Field indicates that the field has two zones contained the prospect hydrocarbon in the respective wells. This type of lithological on “Matahari” Field is limestone of Baturaja Formation. The porosity value about 0.075-0.41, water saturation about 0.16-0.445 and shale content about 0.18-0.148.
