Abstract

Penelitian sebelumnya terkait dimensi-dimensi dari orientasi kewirausahaan diketahui secara intuititif terhubungkan satu sama lain, di mana individu dengan orientasi pencapaian yang tinggi akan lebih berkeinginan dalam berusaha untuk mempelajari kesalahan masa lalu (McClelland, 1987), dalam bekerja secara otonom, menjadi kompetitif, dalam mendekati tantangan secara inovatif dan dengan inisiatif pribadi, dan dalam mengambil risiko yang telah diperhitungkan sebelumnya. Selanjutnya, orientasi pembelajaran dan pencapaian mengimplikasikan individu yang berusaha untuk mencari umpan balik dan pembelajaran dari pengalaman, serta menunjukkan individu yang dapat memulai sendiri suatu pekerjaan, proaktif, dan melakukan inisiatif pribadi yang kuat dalam berusaha untuk mempelajari dan mencapai sesuatu. Otonomi, inovatif, orientasi pencapaian, dan inisiatif pribadi ini terkait dengan realisasi peluang yang berorientasi tindakan yang seringkali mengimplikasikan sejumlah risiko tertentu. Hal ini sesuai dengan penelitian kewirausahaan sebelumnya yang banyak mengasumsikan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan adalah merupakan konsep yang uniter (Covin & Slevin, 1986; Covin & Slevin, 1989; Dess et al, 1997; Wiklund, 1999).. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Kinerja, Bisnis, Kewirausahaan, Pemilik, Pengelola. Previous research related to the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation known intuititif connected to one another, in which the individual is oriented high achievement will be more willing in trying to learn the mistakes of the past (McClelland, 1987), to work autonomously, be competitive, in approaching the challenges in an innovative and personal initiative, and to take calculated risks in advance. Furthermore, learning and achievement orientation implies individuals who are trying to seek feedback and learning from experience, as well as the individual shows to start your own job, proactive, and do a strong personal initiative in trying to learn and achieve something. Autonomous, innovative, achievement orientation, and personal initiative is related to the realization of action-oriented opportunities which often implies a certain amount of risk. This is consistent with previous entrepreneurial research which many assume that entrepreneurial orientation is a unitary concept (Covin & Slevin, 1986; Covin & Slevin, 1989; Dess et al, 1997; Wiklund, 1999).
