Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze factor’s influence of supervision, working tools, and workers
responsibility awareness towards work productivity of (fixed) rubber tappers in Cibungur
Plantation. This research used a survey method, purposive sampling method as a location
determination method and a stratified sampling method to gather samples. The analysis result
showed that factors that influenced productivity were supervision enforcement factor and
working tools factor, while those that did not influence productivity was worker responsibility
awareness.
