Abstract
The first objective of this research was to analyze the level of participation on members of the farmer group in “Ngudi Lestari” group program activities, and the second objective is to analyze relationship among the participation of members, application of beef cattle cultivication technology and members performance. The method used by the research is using survey methods, purposive sampling as a method of determining the location and method of stratified sampling. The results of the analysis indicated that the participation level of members in farmer association “Ngudi Lestari” is high, it is indicated by an average score of 74,29, the relation between the participation of member with the application of beef cattle cultivication technology from farmer association “Ngudi Lestari” Preserved very strong with the value of the correlation between participation 0,841 while performing the addition of weight/tail very strong correlation with the value 0,544 and the relation between participation and income performance is very weak correlation coefficient -0,153.
