Abstract

Ringkasan PT. Debbia Logistic (PT.DL) site Ampah job site PT. Batubara Bandung Pratama (PT. BBP) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batubara yang berlokasi di Kalimantan Tengah. Sistem penambangan yang digunakan adalah sistem tambang terbuka. Penelitian dilakukan pada pit S2. dan dikhususkan pada fleet pengangkutan batubara, yang terdiri dari 2 unit alat gali muat yaitu backhoe Caterpillar 320D–1 dan backhoe Caterpillar 320D-2 dan alat angkut dump truck Hino FM 260 JD yang berjumlah 5 unit. Target produksi batubara saat penelitian adalah 20.000 ton/bulan dan direncakan ditingkatkan menjadi 30.000 ton/bulan untuk pit yang selanjutnya akan ditambang, maka perlu dikaji faktor-faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian produksi batubara sebesar 30.000 ton/bulan di pit S2. Berikut ini adalah faktor-faktor yang perlu dikaji dalam upaya pencapaian produksi batubara sebesar 30.000 ton/bulan di pit S2 : a. Striping ratio di pit S2 adalah 1 : 10 maka dengan rencana produksi batubara 30.000 ton/bulan, overburden yang harus dikupas sebanyak 277.200 BCM, sedangkan pada bulan Maret produksi overburden hanya sebesar 165.902 BCM. b. Berdasarkan hasil penaksiran cadangan di pit S2 terdapat batubara sebanyak 35.000 ton, sedangkan pada bulan Maret produksi batubara hanya 21.011,45 ton. c. Kondisi jalan angkut kurang memadai dimana lebar lurus jalan angkut terlebar adalah 7 m membuat waktu edar alat angkut antara 54,56 menit – 60,5 menit untuk sekali pengangkutan. d. Peningkatan efisensi kerja dari masing-masing alat gali muat angkut yaitu excavator backhoe Catterpillar 320D-1 dari 57,07 % menjadi 67,90 %, excavator backhoe Caterpillar 320D-2 dari 39,30 % menjadi 55,53 %, dump truck hino FM 260 JD dari 38,69 % menjadi 55,53 %. Rencana peningkatan produksi batubara dihitung dari produksi alat angkut yaitu 2.867,6 ton/hari menjadi 3.506,6 ton/hari. Kata kunci : Perencanaan kinerja peralatan teknis yang bekerja pada fleet batubara dari tambang menuju stockpile guna mencapai produksi batubara 30.000 ton / bulan. Abstract PT. The coal production during the study is 20,000 tons / month and planned increased to 30,000 tons / month for the next pit to be mined, it is necessary to review the factors that greatly affect the achievement of coal production of 30,000 tons / month in the pit S2. The following are factors that need to be assessed in the effort to achieve coal production of 30,000 tons / month in the pit S2: a. Striping in the pit S2 ratio is 1: 10 then with 30,000 tons of coal production plan / month, overburden that must be peeled as many as 277 200 BCM, while in March the production of only 165,902 BCM of overburden. b. Based on a valuation reserve of coal in the pit S2 contained as much as 35,000 tons, while in March the production of 21,011.45 tons of coal only. c. Haul-road conditions where insufficient straight haul roads widest width is 7 m making time EDAR conveyances between 54.56 minutes - 60.5 minutes for all transportation. d.
