Abstract
Daerah penelitian termasuk dalam Zona Pegunungan Selatan Jawa Timur secara administratif terletak di Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar, Provinsi
Jawa Timur. Secara astronomis daerah penelitian menempati koordinat UTM 611500 mE – 616500 mE dan 9087500 mN – 9092500 mN dengan luasan 25km dengan skala peta 1 : 12.500.
Satuan geomorfik dibagi menjadi 3 satuan bentuk asal, yaitu fluvial, vulkanik, dan denudasional. Satuan bentukan asal fluvial berupa satuan geomorfik tubuh sungai
(F1). Satuan bentukan asal vulkanik berupa 2 satuan geomorfik, yaitu satuan geomorfik perbukitan sisa gunungapi (V1) dan bukit intrusi (V2). Satuan bentukan
asal denudasional terdiri dari satuan geomorfik perbukitan batugamping terkikis sedang (D1). Pola pengaliran yang berkembang adalah pola subdendritik dan subparalel. Stratigrafi dari tua ke muda tersusun oleh satuan breksi-piroklastik Mandalika berumur Oligosen Akhir – Miosen Awal, satuan litodem diorit berumur Oligosen
Akhir, satuan batugamping-klastik Wonosari berumur Miosen Tengah (N 13 – N 14), dan satuan batugamping-terumbu Wonosari berumur Miosen Tengah (Tf2).
Struktur geologi yang berkembang pada daerah telitian berupa normal left slip fault Panggung Duwet dengan kedudukan bidang sesar N 142o E/ 62o dan kekar Panggung
Duwet dengan kedudukan shear 1 N 176o E/ 78o dan shear 2 N270o sehingga arah tegasan utama tenggara – barat laut.
Asosiasi fasies batugamping Formasi Wonosari diantaranya adalah : 1)wackestone and packstone 2) mudstone, wackestone, packstone, floatstone, and
rudstone 3) framestone. Asosiasi fasies batugamping ini menunjukkan bahwa Formasi Wonosari terendapkan pada lingkungan pengendapan restricted marine on platform
interior dan open marine on platform interior merupakan lingkungan platform interior.
Kata kunci : Panggung Duwet, Formasi Wonosari, Asosiasi Fasies, Lingkungan pengendapan.
Studied area are included in East Java South Mountain Zone, administratively located in Kademangan district, Blitar Regency, East Java Province. Geographically
located at coordinate UTM 611500 mE – 616500 mE and 9087500 mN – 9092500 mN with wide 25 km2 and with map scale 1 : 12.500. Geomorphologically are divided into three basic geomorphologic form, the fluvial form which is channel geomorphologic unit (F1). The volcanic basic form
which is subdivided into residual of volcanic hills geomorphologic unit (V1) and hill intrusion geomorphologic unit (V2). The denudasional basic form which is eroded
limestone hills geomorphologic unit (D1). Drainage pattern in studied area is subdendritic pattern and subparallel.
The stratigraphy from old to young composed by Mandalika pyroclasticbreccia unit Late Oligocene – Early Miocene, diorit litoderm unit Late Oligocene,
Wonosari clastic-limestone unit Middle Miocene ( N 13 – N 14 ), and Wonosari reefslimestone unit Middle Miocene ( Tf2
– Tf3 ). Geological structure presented in the
studied area comprise Panggung Duwet normal left slip fault with position of fault is N 142o E/ 62o and Panggung Duwet joint with position shear 1 N 176 and shear 2 N 270
o E/ 68o main force direction is south east – nort west
Facies limestone association of Wonosari Formation are : 1) wackestone and packstone 2) mudstone, wackestone, packstone, floatstone, and rudstone 3)
framestone. These facies association represent Wonosari Formation depositional environmentl on restricted marine on platform interior and open marine on platform
interior represent platform interior.
