Abstract
Jadwal penerbangan (schedule) adalah serangkaian penerbangan yang ditawarkan oleh airline kepada penumpang. Informasi yang ada di jadwal penerbangan ini meliputi nomor penerbangan, jenis pesawat, waktu keberangkatan dan waktu tiba, namun penyusunan jadwal juga harus memperhatikan ketersediaan pesawat dan awak pesawat, kebutuhan perawatan, dan peraturan bandara. Dalam hal ini membuat perusahaan dapat terus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kapasitas. Jadwal penerbangan dengan evaluasi penjadwalan pengaturan penggunaan Check-In Counter secara optimal. Dalam perhitungan model antrian ini dimasukkan tingkat kedatangan penumpang rata-rata ( ) sebesar 17 penumpang/jam dan rata-rata waktu pelayanan penumpang () sebesar 16/jam untuk maskapai Sriwijaya, Wings dan Express, sedangkan untuk maskapai Lion tingkat kedatangan penumpang rata-rata () sebesar 17 penumpang/jam dan rata-rata waktu pelayanan penumpang () sebesar 15/jam dan untuk maskapai Air Asia tingkat kedatangan penumpang rata-rata () sebesar 18 penumpang/jam dan rata-rata waktu pelayanan penumpang () sebesar 16/jam Hasil perhitungan dengan jumlah dua counter yaitu kemungkinan pelayanan kosong (Po) sebesar 0,89, kemungkinan terdapat penumpang dalam sistem (Pn) sebesar 0,50, jumlah rata – rata penumpang dalam antrian (Lq) sebesar 0,57 menit/orang, jumlah rata – rata penumpang dalam sistem (Ls) sebesar 1,63 menit/orang rata –rata penumpang dalam antrian (Wq) sebesar 2,04 menit/orang dan rata – rata penumpang dalam sistem (Ws) 5,82 menit/orang dengan hal yang sama dilakukan perhitungan untuk maskapai yang lain Kata kunci : Penumpang, Konter Cek In dan Metode Antrian Flight schedule (schedule) is a series of flights offered by the airline to the passengers.
