Abstract
Kabupaten Klaten merupakan salah satu kota di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki banyak sekali industri rumah tangga. Salah satu bidang yang yang berperan aktif dalam perekonomian kota tersebut adalah banyaknya Home Industry Konveksi khususnya yang berada di Kecamataan Wedi Kabupaten Klaten. Konfeksi Batik Rizki merupakan salah satu konveksi yang sampai saat ini masih memproduksi berbagai macam pakaian batik. Konveksi tersebut memperkerjakan banyak karyawan penjahit yang di serap dari berbagai kawasan. Dari hasil pengamatan dapat dilihat bahwa kondisi kerja yang ada saat ini kurang baik bila ditinjau dari segi ergonomi. Maksud dari ergonomi adalah kenyamanan saat melakukan kerja dan keselamatan kerja bagi karyawan. Maka diperlukan redesign pada meja potong konveksi. Redesign itu lebih di arahkan kepada modifikasi agar meja lebih efektif dan efisien dalam penggunaan oleh operator. Istilah Redesign lebih mengacu pada bentuk design, bukan pada cara kerjanya yang mempergunakan mesin. Dalam meredesign perlu memperhatikan aspek-aspek ergonomis. Design meja potong konveksi ini perlu penerapan aspek ergonomi agar didapat kepuasan berupa kenyamanan dan, maupun kesehatan yang ditinjau dari sudut pandang ilmu anatomi, fisiologi, psikologi, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja khususnya karyawan Konveksi Batik Rizki yang berada di Kecamatan Wedi Kabupaten Klaten. Dari hasil perhitungan awal sebelum perbaikan dengan REBA dapat diketahui bahwa final skor nya adalah 12. Dan dengan melihat tabel nilai level tindakan REBA untuk posisi mengangkat beban pekerja adalah sangat tinggi (11- 15), dan perlu tindakan sekarang juga .Setelah melakukan redesign meja potong pembuatan pola, perhitungan menggunakan metode REBA hasil yang didapat adalah 7 levelnya adalah sedang dan tindakanperlu. Meja potong yang dirancang berdasarkan ukuran antropometri, menghasilkan meja potong yang lebih ergonomis dibandingkan dengan meja potong awal yang sudah ada. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan turunnya level resiko cidera yang dihasilkan, sehingga pekerja pemotongan pola tidak akan merasa cepat pegal dan lelah. Design the table cut convection it is important to the application of the ergonomics to get satisfaction of comfort and, and health they came from the perspective of the study of anatomy, physiology, psychology, safety and health work especially employees convection batik rizki in the district in wedi klaten. From the results of before losing repair by reba it is known that the final score he was 12 .And looked at the level of the act of reba for position lifting weights workers is very high ( 11-15 ) , and it took action now also. After do redesign the table cut making pattern , It uses the reba results obtained is 7 levelnya is being, and measurenow .The table cut designed based on the size anthropometry , produce a table cut more ergonomic compared with the table cut early existing .It is proven the drop in the injured produced risk , so the workers are cutting the would not feel quickly sore and tired.
