Abstract
Rembang districts have sizeable minerals, minerals that are extractive industries in several districts. Minerals contained zenith in the county include: limestone, sand stone, Posfhat, Kaolin, calcite, dolomite, Land Villing, Tras, Limestone Pass, Quartz Sand and Clay were scattered in 14 District of Rembang. Limestone is a mineral that is most widely used by the public and industry-mining as the major economic activities in the District Remabang. Limestones are in the south Rembang in five sub-districts Source, District Fur, District Sale, District Pamotan, and District Gunem. Resource limestones limited by factors Protected Areas and Regions Aquaculture determined by the government based map Spatial Pattern. Limestone Resource Potential Map in Rembang obtained by overlaying the Deposition Distribution Map Limestone, the map pattern space, the map of Mining Regions, then the resulting map in the Area Distribution of Limestone Mining, and overlaid with topographic maps. Results of the fifth map overlay is made into a single map called Map of Limestone Resource Potential Rembang. Calculation of the resource potential of limestones using coordinates in AutoCAD program. Limestone Resource Potential in Rembang amounted to 4,461,060,388 tons.
