Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterlibatan pengguna, dukungan
manajemen puncak, kemampuan teknik personal, program pendidikan dan pelatihan
terhadap kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah
Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi
Akuntansi dalam implementasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang transparan.
Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 responden yang bekerja di bagian
keuangan pemerintah daerah Kota Yogyakarta dan sudah menggunakan sistem
informasi akuntansi berbasis komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis
regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh langsung variabel bebas terhadap
variabel terikat secara langsung. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, keterlibatan
pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.
Kedua, dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Sistem
Informasi Akuntansi. Ketiga, kemampuan teknik personal tidak berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Keempat, program
pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sistem Informasi
Akuntansi.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to examine the effect of user involvement, leadership support,
personal technical capabilities, training and education programs on the performance of
Accounting Information Systems at district governments of Yogyakarta. This research is
motivated by the use of accounting information systems in the implementation of local
government financial management transparent. Respondents in this research are 58
respondents who work in the finance department of local government of Yogyakarta has been
using computer-based accounting information system. The results of this study are: First, the
involvement of users showed significant impact on the performance of Accounting
Information Systems. Second, leadership support factors section showed significant impact
on the performance of Accounting Information Systems. Third, personal technical capability
factor showed no significant effect on the performance of Accounting Information Systems.
Fourth, education and training programs showed no significant effect on the performance of
Accounting Information Systems.
