Perumahan menjadi tempat bagi tiap individu untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari
hari. Hal ini perlu perancangan yang terstruktur, seperti pondasi bangunan dan
infrastruktur untuk menjadikan tempat yang aman dan nyaman. Oleh karena itu
diperlukannya suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan dan
kondisi lapisan dan utilitas yang terpendam di bawah permukaan. Penelitian ini
dilakukan di Perumahan Griya Avia Ceria, Kalasan, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa
Yogyakarta. Melihat lapangan penelitian yang berada di lingkungan perumahan,
maka digunakannya metode non – destruktif yaitu metode Ground Penetrating
Radar (GPR) untuk meminimalisir resiko kerusakan. Metode GPR bekerja dengan
memanfaatkan gelombang radio untuk memetakan keadaan bawah permukaaan
berdasarkan hasil refleksi sinyal yang mengenai objek. Instrumen yang digunakan
pada penelitian ini adalah Zond 12 dengan frekuensi antena sebesar 500 MHz. Data
terambil sejumlah 12 lintasan dengan rincian 3 lintasan sebaris dan 9 lintasan
memotong. Software ReflexW digunakan dalam melakukan pengolahan data
radargram dengan tahapan filter static correction, bandpass butterworth, substract
mean (dewow), energy decay, background removal, dan running average yang
disesuaikan dengan target penelitian dan kondisi pengukuran di lapangan. Hasil
data penampang radargram terolah dilakukan pengolahan lanjutan berupa peta
jaringan utilitas, peta penurunan perkerasan lapisan paving block, dan model
korelasi 3D menggunakan software Geolitix. Analisa data dilakukan berdasarkan
hasil penampang radargram dengan melihat kemenerusan lapisan, difraksi, serta
hiperbola yang tercatat dari hasil refleksi gelombang. Didapatkan informasi
ditemukan batas lapisan paving block yang mengalami deformasi pada kedalaman
0,4 m dan ditemukan utilitas yang berbahan PVC ditemukan di kedalaman 0,4 m
hingga 0,85 m. Pengindikasian ini didasari oleh respon yang membentuk pola dari
kontras amplitudo gelombang dengan nilai negatif (hitam) -1.00 dan positif (putih)
1.00 yang didapat dari perbedaan konstanta dielektrik antar medium.

A residential area is a place for individuals to carry out their daily activities. It
needs a structured design, such as building foundations and infrastructure to make
it a safe and comfortable place. A research is needed to determine the presence and
condition of layers and utilities buried beneath the surface. This research was
conducted in Griya Avia Ceria Housing, Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special
Region. Seeing that the research field is in a residential environment, a non
destructive method is used, namely the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) method
to minimize the risk of damage. The GPR method works by utilizing radio waves to
mapping the subsurface based on the results of signal reflections that hit the object.
The instrument used in this research is Zond 12 with an antenna frequency of 500
MHz. Data was taken in 12 passes with details of 3 inline passes and 9 intersecting
passes. ReflexW software is used in processing radargram data with the stages of
static correction filter, butterworth bandpass, substract-mean (dewow), energy
decay, background removal, and running average adjusted to the research target
and measurement conditions in the field. The results of the processed radargram
cross-section data were further processed in the form of utility network maps,
paving block pavement settlement maps, and 3D correlation models using Geolitix
software. Data analysis was carried out based on the results of the radargram cross
section by looking at the continuity of the layer, diffraction, and hyperbola recorded
from the result of reflection wave. Information was found on the boundary of the
deformed paving block layer at a depth of 0.4 m and found utilities made from PVC
were found at a depth of 0.4 m to 0.85m. This indication is based on the response
that forms a pattern of wave amplitude contrast with negative (black) -1.00 and
positive (white) 1.00 values obtained from the difference in dielectric constant
between the mediums..
