JANUARI 2025 DI PT CIPTA KRIDATAMA SITE PT BORNEO
INDOBARA KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Kegiatan penambangan memerlukan perencanaan dan pengawasan yang sistematis
agar rencana kemajuan tambang dapat tercapai secara efektif. Namun, dalam
praktiknya, sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara rencana dan realisasi, baik secara
spasial maupun temporal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian
antara rencana dan realisasi kemajuan tambang bulan Januari 2025,
mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab deviasi, serta merumuskan upaya perbaikan
berdasarkan pendekatan Compliance Driver Tree (CDT), yaitu pendekatan
sistematis untuk menelusuri akar penyebab ketidaksesuaian operasional terhadap
rencana.
Penelitian dilakukan di Pit KGB PT Cipta Kridatama site PT Borneo Indobara,
Kalimantan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah rainbow analysis dengan
bantuan perangkat lunak Ventyx MineScape 5.7 untuk analisis spasial, serta regresi
linier sederhana untuk mengevaluasi ketercapaian produksi berdasarkan data
Physical Availability (PA) dan Utilization Availability (UA). Rekonsiliasi yang
dilakukan merupakan proses perbandingan antara data rencana dan data aktual
untuk menilai tingkat kepatuhan terhadap perencanaan tambang.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesesuaian spasial hanya mencapai 32,32%
untuk overburden dan 25,64% untuk batubara, jauh di bawah ambang batas
perusahaan sebesar 90%. Deviasi disebabkan oleh perencanaan yang terlalu besar
(over-volume), lemahnya pengawasan di lapangan, serta ketidaksesuaian antara
physical availability (PA) dan use of availability (UA) rencana dan realisasi.
Kondisi ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan penggalian dan meningkatnya beban
produksi bulan berikutnya. Upaya perbaikan meliputi penyesuaian rencana,
pengawasan berbasis teknologi, dan optimalisasi pemanfaatan alat. Pendekatan
CDT dalam penelitian ini terbukti mampu mengarahkan analisis tidak hanya pada
pengukuran deviasi, tetapi juga pada penelusuran akar masalah dan solusi
perbaikannya.

Mining activities require systematic planning and supervision to ensure that mine
progress targets are achieved effectively. However, in practice, discrepancies
between planned and actual outcomes often occur, both spatially and temporally.
This study aims to analyze the alignment between the mine progress plan and actual
realization in January 2025, identify the root causes of deviations, and formulate
corrective actions using the Compliance Driver Tree (CDT) approach—a
structured method for tracing the root causes of operational noncompliance with
the mine plan.
The research was conducted at Pit KGB, PT Cipta Kridatama, jobsite PT Borneo
Indobara, South Kalimantan. The method employed was rainbow analysis using
Ventyx MineScape 5.7 software for spatial reconciliation, and simple linear
regression to evaluate production achievement based on Physical Availability (PA)
and Utilization Availability (UA) data. Reconciliation in this study refers to the
comparison between planned and actual data to assess the level of compliance with
mine planning.
The results show that spatial conformity reached only 32.32% for overburden and
25.64% for coal, which is far below the company’s compliance threshold of 90%.
The deviations were mainly caused by over-volume planning, weak field
supervision, and discrepancies between planned and actual values of PA and UA.
These conditions led to delays in coal exposure and increased production burdens
in the following period. Recommended corrective measures include adjusting plans
to actual production capacity, enhancing operational supervision through
technology, and optimizing equipment utilization. The CDT approach proved
effective not only in measuring deviations but also in tracing their root causes and
formulating practical solutions.
