Abstract
ABSTRAK
CV Polar Ice Crystal Yogyakarta merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang
mendistribusikan es batu dengan 4 macam varian. Produk tersebut akan
didistribusikan secara mandiri ke 45 pangkalan di sekitar D.I.Yogyakarta. Namun,
pelaksanaan proses distribusi tersebut masih belum optimal karena perusahaan
harus membagi permintaan berdasarkan variannya, adanya kendala berupa batasan
waktu pelayanan pada masing-masing pangkalan, kendaran yang digunakan untuk
distribusi bersifat heterogen dan dalam kondisi tertentu harus kembali lagi ke depot
untuk memenuhi permintaan yang belum terdistribusikan. Dengan demikian,
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rute optimal distribusi produk dengan
karakteristik multitime windows, multi trip, heterogeneous fleet, dan multi product.
Pendekatan masalah penentuan rute optimal distribusi produk pada
penelitian ini diselesaikan dengan metode Firefly Algorithm dan menggunakan
bantuan perangkat lunak Matlab seri R2019a dengan parameter FA yang digunakan
yaitu ukuran langkah acak 0,5, konstanta penyerapan cahaya 0,1, attractivenesss
0,2, dan 3 populasi, serta 100 iterasi. Pendekatan metode Firefly Algorithm
terinsipirasi oleh perilaku kunang-kunang dimana populasi dengan intensitas
cahaya lebih kecil akan bergerak menuju populasi dengan intensitas cahaya yang
paling besar.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rute optimal yang diusulkan lebih baik
dibandingkan dengan kebijakan awal perusahaan dalam hal total biaya distribusi
yang dihasilkan. Hasil tersebut berimplikasi pada penghematan biaya distribusi
sebesar 5,77% dibandingkan dengan rute awal perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
CV Polar Ice Crystal Yogyakarta is a company that distributes ice with 4
different variants. The products will be distributed independently to 45 depots
around D.I. Yogyakarta. However, the distribution process is not yet optimal
because the company has to divide the demand based on the variants, there are
constraints in the form of time windows at each depot, the vehicles used for
distribution are heterogeneous, and in certain conditions, they have to return to the
depot to fulfill the undelivered demand. Therefore, this study aims to determine the
optimal distribution route with characteristics of multi-time windows, multi-trip,
heterogeneous fleet, and multi-product.
The approach to the problem of determining the optimal product
distribution route in this study was solved by the Firefly Algorithm method and
using the help of the MatlabB R2020a series software with the FA parameters used,
namely random step size 0.5, light absorption constant 0.1, attractiveness 0.2, and
3 population, as well as 100 iterations. The Firefly Algorithm method approach is
inspired by the behavior of fireflies where the population with the lowest light
intensity will move towards the population with the greatest light intensity.
The results showed that the proposed optimal route is better than the
company's initial policy in terms of the resulting total distribution costs. These
results have implications for distribution cost savings of 5,77% compared to the
company's initial route.
