PRODUKTIVITAS DAN KONSUMSI BATERAI
DUMP TRUCK ELEKTRIK LIUGONG 105A-E

Dalam kegiatan tambang terbuka, proses pengangkutan material merupakan salah
satu aspek yang penting. Sistem angkut yang efisien tidak hanya berdampak pada
waktu tempuh dan produktivitas, tetapi juga pada konsumsi energi. Salah satu
faktor penting yang mempengaruhi efisiensi alat angkut adalah kondisi geometri
jalan tambang, khususnya nilai grade atau kemiringan jalan. Grade jalan yang
curam dapat menyebabkan peningkatan hambatan gerak. Hal ini berdampak
langsung terhadap kecepatan kendaraan, waktu tempuh, serta konsumsi energi.
Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara nilai grade jalan terhadap
dump truck elektrik, menjadi penting untuk mengevaluasi dan mengoptimalkan
desain jalan tambang.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengamatan lapangan
terhadap konsumsi baterai alat angkut serta pencatatan cycle time alat angkut pada
setiap segmen jalan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft
Excel untuk menghasilkan hubungan regresi. Analisis dilakukan terhadap konsumsi
baterai, kecepatan alat angkut, dan produktivitas untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari
grade jalan.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa produktivitas alat angkut dipengaruhi oleh cycle time
yang erat kaitannya dengan grade jalan angkut. Perhitungan rimpull terbukti
mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, dari kondisi aktual sebesar 64 ton/jam menjadi
88 ton/jam. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan antara grade jalan dengan konsumsi
baterai dump truck elektrik pada segmen loaded, di mana semakin tinggi grade
jalan, konsumsi baterai juga meningkat. Sementara itu, semakin tinggi
produktivitas, konsumsi baterai akan semakin rendah, di mana pada produktivitas
80 ton/jam konsumsi baterai tercatat sebesar 10%, sedangkan pada produktivitas 49
ton/jam konsumsi baterai meningkat menjadi 13%.

In open-pit mining operations, the material hauling process is one of the most
crucial aspects. An efficient hauling system not only impacts travel time and
productivity but also affects energy consumption. One of the key factors influencing
haulage efficiency is the geometric condition of the mine roads, particularly the
road grade or slope. Steep road grades can increase rolling resistance, directly
affecting vehicle speed, travel time, and energy consumption. Therefore,
understanding the relationship between road grade and the performance of electric
dump trucks is essential for evaluating and optimizing mine road design.
The methods used in this research included field observations of the battery
consumption of haul trucks, as well as recording the cycle time for each road
segment. The data obtained were then processed using Microsoft Excel to generate
regression relationships. Analysis was conducted on battery consumption, haul
truck speed, and productivity to determine the impact of road grade.
It can be concluded that haul truck productivity is influenced by cycle time, which
is closely related to road grade. The calculation of rimpull has proven effective in
increasing productivity from the actual rate of 64 tons/hour to 88 tons/hour.
Furthermore, there is a direct relationship between road grade and the battery
consumption of electric dump trucks under loaded conditions, where higher road
grades result in higher battery consumption. Meanwhile, higher productivity leads
to lower battery consumption, with battery usage recorded at 10% for a productivity
of 80 tons/hour, compared to 13% at 49 tons/hour.
