Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kegiatan wisata
terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan studi
kasus pada destinasi wisata Telaga Ngebel selama periode 2008 hingga 2024. Tiga
variabel utama yang dianalisis adalah jumlah wisatawan, jumlah event wisata, dan
jumlah usaha lokal. Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan wisatawan dan analisis SWOT
digunakan untuk mendukung penyusunan strategi pengembangan pariwisata.
Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi
linier berganda, serta pendekatan deskriptif dalam menilai kepuasan wisatawan dan
merumuskan strategi berbasis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah
wisatawan memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap PAD.
Sebaliknya, jumlah event wisata dan jumlah usaha lokal berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap PAD. Hasil survei menunjukkan wisatawan secara umum
merasa puas, namun masih terdapat keluhan terkait fasilitas dan aksesibilitas.
Analisis SWOT menempatkan Telaga Ngebel pada kuadran I (strategi agresif),
yang berarti kawasan ini memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut.
Oleh karena itu, peningkatan jumlah event, pembinaan usaha lokal, dan penguatan
infrastruktur menjadi rekomendasi utama dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata
yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan PAD.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of tourism activities on Local
Revenue (PAD) in Ponorogo Regency with a case study on the Telaga Ngebel
tourist destination during the period 2008 to 2024. The three main variables
analyzed are the number of tourists, the number of tourism events, and the number
of local businesses. In addition, the level of tourist satisfaction and SWOT analysis
are used to support the preparation of tourism development strategies. The
research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression
analysis, as well as a descriptive approach in assessing tourist satisfaction and
formulating SWOT-based strategies. The results of the study indicate that the
number of tourists has a positive but insignificant effect on PAD. On the other hand,
the number of tourism events and the number of local businesses have a positive
and significant effect on PAD. The survey results show that tourists are generally
satisfied, but there are still complaints regarding facilities and accessibility. The
SWOT analysis places Telaga Ngebel in quadrant I (aggressive strategy), which
means that this area has great potential for further development. Therefore,
increasing the number of events, fostering local businesses, and strengthening
infrastructure are the main recommendations in developing the tourism sector that
contribute to increasing PAD.
