Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Kabupaten/ Kota di D.I. Yogyakarta. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta berjumlah 5 kabupaten dan kota pada tahun 2007-2013. Teknik analisis menggunakan model analisis regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), sedangkan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Hasil pengujian regresi juga menunjukkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat yang ditunjukkan melalui Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta periode 2007 Hingga 2013. Kata kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Khusus, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze and prove the effect of PAD, DBH, DAU and Special Allocation Fund, towards the Human Development Index, and to determine its effect on Social Welfare District / City in DI Yogyakarta. The design of this study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all the City / Regency in DI Yogyakarta amounted to 5 counties and cities in 2007-2013. Engineering analysis using regression analysis models with SPSS. Results of the study explained that the Local Revenue (PAD) affects the Human Development Index (HDI), while DBH (DBH), General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has no effect on the Human Development Index (HDI). Results of regression testing also showed Welfare Society demonstrated through the Human Development Index (HDI) Regency / City in DI Yogyakarta period from 2007 Until 2013.
