PEMILIHAN FLUIDA PEREKAH DAN PROPPANT HYDRAULIC
FRACTURING UNTUK SUMUR “AKF-07” PADA LAPANGAN
“ORY”

Sumur AKF-07 terletak di Lapangan ORY merupakan Sumur pengembangan yang
berlokasi di Cekungan Jawa Barat Utara. Sumur ini merupakan Sumur directional yang
memproduksi minyak dengan API sebesar 35.2 dan di produksikan dengan metode
gaslift. Sumur AKF-07 memiliki tekanan reservoir sebesar 1500 psi, BHT sebesar 240
oF, Porositas sebesar 25% dan Permeabilitas 11 md dengan laju produksi 95 bpd, untuk
meningkatkan produksinya akan dilakukan Stimulasi hydraulic fracturing.
Tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data reservoir, data komplesi, data
perforasi, data casing dan tubing, data produksi, dan data geomekanik. Selanjutnya
pemilihan fluida perekah dan proppant yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik
reservoir. Digunakan dua jenis fluida perekah: YF 360 LpH dan YF GO IV 08.
Proppant yang digunakan Jordan Unimin, CarboProp, dan Sintered Bauxite dengan dua
ukuran berbeda, yaitu 20/40 dan 16/30. Kombinasi fluida perekah dan proppant akan
diuji dengan laju penginjeksian 8 bpm dan 12 bpm untuk menentukan kombinasi yang
konduktivitas rekahan paling optimal.
Hasil yang didapatkan dari project hydraulic fracturing kombinasi fluida YF 360
LpH dan CarboProp 16/30 dengan laju injeksi 12 bpm yaitu, konduktivitas rekahan
(wkf) sebesar 8221.03 md-ft, dengan dimensi panjang rekahan (xf) sebesar 148.20 ft,
lebar rekahan maksimum (w(0)) sebesar 0.46 inch, lebar rekahan rata-rata (ѿ) sebesar
0.29 inch, dan tinggi rekahan sebesar 22.96 ft. Berdasarkan perhitungan permeabilitas
didapatkan harga Kf dan K avg berturut-turut 369.06 md-ft dan 46.55 md dengan
kenaikan 4 kali. Dari perhitungan indeks produktivitas metode McGuire-Sikora
didapatkan harga J/Jo sebesar 2.24, metode Cinco Ley-Samaniego J/Jo sebesar 3.06,
Tinsley-Soliman J/Jo sebesar 3.62. Sedangkan dari IPR didapatkan rate-oil setelah
perekahan yaitu 257.75 Bpd.

SELECTION OF FRACTURING FLUID AND HYDRAULIC
FRACTURING PROPPANT FOR THE "AKF-07" WELL IN THE
"ORY" FIELD

The AKF-07 Well is located in the ORY Field and is a development well located in the
North West Java Basin. This well is a directional well that produces oil with an API of
35.2 and is produced using the gaslift method. The AKF-07 well has a reservoir
pressure of 1500 psi, BHT of 240 oF, porosity of 25% and permeability of 11 md with a
production rate of 95 bpd. To increase production, hydraulic fracturing stimulation will
be carried out.
The first stage carried out was collecting reservoir data, completion data, perforation
data, casing and tubing data, production data and geomechanical data. Next, select the
fracturing fluid and proppant that are tailored to the characteristics of the reservoir.
Two types of fracturing fluid were used: YF 360 LpH and YF GO IV 08. The proppants
used by Jordan Unimin, CarboProp, and Sintered Bauxite were in two different sizes,
namely 20/40 and 16/30. The combination of fracturing fluid and proppant will be
tested with an injection rate of 8 bpm and 12 bpm to determine the combination with the
most optimal fracture conductivity.
The results obtained from the hydraulic fracturing project combining YF 360 LpH and
CarboProp 16/30 fluids with an injection rate of 12 bpm, namely, fracture conductivity
(wkf) of 8221.03 md-ft, with dimensions of fracture length (xf) of 148.20 ft, maximum
fracture width ( w(0)) is 0.46 inch, average fracture width (ѿ) is 0.29 inch, and fracture
height is 22.96 ft. Based on permeability calculations, the Kf and K avg values are
369.06 md-ft and 46.55 md respectively with an increase of 4 times. From the
productivity index calculation using the McGuire-Sikora method, the J/Jo price is 2.24,
the Cinco Ley-Samaniego J/Jo method is 3.06, the Tinsley-Soliman J/Jo is 3.62.
Meanwhile, from IPR, the oil rate after fracturing is 257.75 Bpd.
