Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja keuangan pemerintah Kabupaten Raja Ampat dalam rangka mendukung pelaksanaan otonomi daerah dan konstribusi Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah tahun anggaran 2010-2014. Metode yang
digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan beberapa model rasio keuangan, yaitu: Rasio Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Efisiensi,
Rasio Efektivitas, Rasio Pertumbuhan, dan Rasio Keserasian. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa rasio kemandirian rendah dengan tingkat ketergantungan
pada Pemerintah Pusat/Provinsi masih tinggi. Rasio efektivitas yang dicapai sudah
cukup efektif.Rasio efisiensi menunjukkan dalam pemungut PAD sudah sangat
efisien. Rasio Keserasian belanja tidak langsung masih rendah. Sedangkan Rasio
pertumbuhan menunjukkan pertumbuhan negatif.
Kata Kunci : Kinerja Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Keuangan Daerah
ABSTRACK
This study aims to determine the extent of the government's financial performance
Raja Ampat district in order to support the implementation of regional autonomy
and contribution to the Local Revenue and Expenditure Revenue Budget 20102014
fiscal year . The method used is quantitative descriptive by using several
models of financial ratios , namely : the ratio of Regional Financial Independence
, Efficiency Ratio , Ratio Effectiveness , Growth Ratio , and Ratio Harmony . The
results showed that low self-sufficiency ratio to the level of dependence on the
central government / province is still high . Effectiveness ratio achieved is
sufficient efektif.Rasio collector efficiency demonstrated in the PAD has been very
efficient . Harmony indirect expenditure ratio is still low . While the growth ratio
showed negative growth .
