STANDARD D-010 UNTUK MENJAGA WELL INTEGRITY
SUMUR ”NF-35”

Sumur NF-35 merupakan sumur gas dengan tipe komplesi open hole vertikal yang
dibor pada tahun 1998 dengan kedalaman mencapai 5925 ftMD. Sumur ini
mencapai fase end of well integrity life cycle pada tahun 2018 karena depleted dan
integrity issue sehingga pada tahun 2022 dilakukan plug & abandonment job.
Penelitian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi pada hasil pekerjaan dengan melakukan
komparasi desain existing plug & abandonment sumur NF-35 terhadap dua standar
yakni standar nasional SNI-6910-2022 dan standar internasional NORSOK D-010.
Metodologi pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Perencanaan plug
& abandonment job dimulai dengan membuat work program dan budgeting
menggunakan regulasi SNI-6910-2022 dan NORSOK D-010 yaitu berupa
penempatan section cement plug, volume cement slurry dan additive, volume
completion fluid, metode yang digunakan yaitu rig method, dan operating day dan
cost estimation masing – masing standar.
Hasil studi komparasi pada Desain Existing dibutuhkan semen sebanyak 429 sack,
SNI-6910-2022 sebanyak 730 sack dan NORSOK D-010 sebanyak 639 sack
dengan densitas 15,8 ppg. Untuk operating day Desain Existing diperlukan 23 hari
dengan biaya sebesar 961.663 USD, SNI-6910-2022 diperlukan 10 hari operasi
dengan biaya sebesar 309.114 USD dan NORSOK D-010 selama 14 hari operasi
dengan biaya sebesar 427.097 USD. Berdasarkan hasil komparasi didapatkan
bahwa standar NORSOK D-010 menjadi standar yang paling efisien diterapkan
karena ekonomis dan paling memenuhi standar barrier untuk menjaga fase end of
well integrity life cycle pada sumur NF-35.

The NF-35 well is a vertical open hole completions type gas well drilled in 1998 to
a depth of 5925 ftMD. This well reached the end of well integrity life cycle phase
in 2018 due to depleted and integrity issues so that in 2022 a plug & abandonment
job was carried out. This research is to evaluate the job results by comparing the
original design of the NF-35 well plug & abandonment against two standards,
namely the national standard SNI-6910-2022 and the international standard
NORSOK D-010.
The methodology in this research is qualitative and quantitative. The planning of
the plug & abandonment job starts with making a work program and budgeting
using SNI-6910-2022 and NORSOK D-010 regulations in the form of cement plug
section placement, cement slurry and additive volume, completion fluid volume, rig
method, and operating day and cost estimation for each standard.
The results of the comparative study on the Original Design required 429 sacks of
cement, SNI-6910-2022 730 sacks and NORSOK D-010 397 sacks with a density of
15.8 ppg. For operating day the original design required 23 days at a cost of
961,663 USD, SNI-6910-2022 required 10 operating days at a cost of 309.114 USD
and NORSOK D-010 for 14 operating days at a cost of 427.097 USD. Based on the
comparison results, it is found that the NORSOK D-010 standard is the most
efficient standard applied because it is economical and best meets the barrier
standards to maintain the end of well integrity life cycle phase at the NF-35 well
