ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui
pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Nilai
Perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang Terdaftar di BEI
periode 2020-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 84 perusahaan properti
dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 69
perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis
data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan perusahaan
yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi BEI maupun perusahaan. Teknik analisis data
yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap
nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to empirically test and determine the influence of
profitability, liquidity and company size on company value in property and real
estate sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The population
in this study consisted of 84 property and real estate companies listed on the IDX.
The sample used was 69 companies selected using purposive sampling techniques.
The type of data used is secondary data, namely company financial report data
obtained through the official IDX and company websites. The data analysis
technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show
that profitability and company size have an effect on company value, while liquidity
has no effect on company value.
