Cangkringan, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Di bawah bimbingan Eko

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengkaji proses kemitraan yang terjadi antara
Koperasi Peternakan Sarono Makmur dengan peternak sapi perah di Cangkringan;
(2) Mengkaji pola kemitraan yang terjadi antara Koperasi Peternakan Sarono
Makmur dengan peternak sapi perah di Cangkringan; (3) Mengkaji penerapan
prinsip kemitraan yang diterapkan antara Koperasi Peternakan Sarono Makmur
dengan peternak sapi perah di Cangkringan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan
teknik purposive sampling sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sumber data yang digunakan
adalah sumber primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data
dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi serta keabsahan data dengan
teknik triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi
data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan
kesimpulan bahwa (1) Proses kemitraan dilakukan mulai dari pengajuan peternak
sebagai anggota Koperasi Peternakan Sarono Makmur hingga pemasaran susu oleh
koperasi (2) Pola kemitraan yang terbentuk adalah Pola Kerjasama Operasional
Agribisnis (KOA) dan Sub kontrak (3) Prinsip-prinsip kemitraan telah terpenuhi
kecuali prinsip kesetaraan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to: (1) Examine the partnership process that occurs between the
Sarono Makmur Livestock Cooperative and dairy farmers in Cangkringan; (2)
Examining the partnership pattern that exists between the Sarono Makmur
Livestock Cooperative and dairy farmers in Cangkringan; (3) Examining the
implementation of the partnership principles applied between the Sarono Makmur
Livestock Cooperative and dairy farmers in Cangkringan. This research is
qualitative research with a case study method and the selection of informants was
carried out using a purposive sampling technique accord ing to needs, the data
sources used were primary sources and secondary data sources. Data collection
techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, documentation and
data validity using triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data
collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results
of this research provide the conclusion that (1) The partnership process was carried
out starting from the farmer's application as a member of the Sarono Makmur
Livestock Cooperative to the marketing of milk by the cooperative (2) The
partnership pattern formed is the Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA)
Pattern and Sub-contract patterns (3) The partnership principles have been fulfilled
except for the principle of equality.
