INTISARI
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Rata-rata Lama
Sekolah, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor
Kesehatan terhadap Indeks Keparahan Kemiskinan di kabupaten/kota DIY. Data
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Provinsi
DIY, Publikasi Kementrian Keuangan Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan
dan juga Publikasi Dinas Kesehatan kabupaten/kota Provinsi DIY. Alat analisis
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel yang merupakan
gabungan antara data cross section; Kabupaten Kulonprogo, Kabupaten Bantul,
Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta dan data time
series; periode tahun 2015-2022. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara
parsial, Rata-rata Lama Sekolah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap
Indeks Keparahan Kemiskinan, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka tidak berpengaruh
terhadap Indeks Keparahan Kemiskinan, dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor
Kesehatan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Keparahan
Kemiskinan. Secara simultan, Rata-rata Lama Sekolah, Tingkat Pengangguran
Terbuka dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Kesehatan berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap Indeks Keparahan Kemiskinan di DIY tahun 2015-2022.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Mean Years of Schooling, Unemployment
Rate, and Health Sector of Government Expenditures on the Poverty Severity Index
in districts/cities of DIY. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from
the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Publications of the Ministry of
Finance of Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and also Publications of the
Health Department of DIY Province. The analytical tools used panel data
regression which is a combination of cross section data; Kulonprogo Regency,
Bantul Regency, Gunungkidul Regency, Sleman Regency and Yogyakarta City and
also time series data; period 2015-2022. The results of this study indicate that
partially, Mean Years of Schooling has a negative and significant effect on the
Poverty Severity Index, the Unemployment Rate had no effect on the Poverty
Severity Index, and Health Sector of Government Expenditures has a negative and
significant effect on the Poverty Severity Index. Simultaneously, Mean Years of
Schooling, Unemployment Rate and Health Sector of Government Expenditures
have a significant effect on the Poverty Severity Index in DIY period 2015-2022.
