ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate
governance yang diukur dengan dewan komisaris, dewan komisaris independen,
dewan direksi, komite audit, kepemilikan institusional dan ukuran perusahaan
terhadap kinerja keuangan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
tahun 2018-2021. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018-2021 yang berjumlah 47 perusahaan.
Metode pengambilan sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling,
sehingga perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel sebanyak sebanyak
45 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan
analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dewan
Komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Dewan
Komisaris Independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan.
Dewan Direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan.
Kepemilikan Institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan.
Komite Audit berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Ukuran
Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of good corporate governance as
measured by the board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners,
board of directors, audit committee, institutional ownership and company size on
the financial performance of the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is included in quantitative research. The
population in this study is all banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, totaling 47 companies. The sampling method was
chosen using the purposive sampling method, so that 45 companies met the criteria
as a sample. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests and
multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the Board of
Commissioners has no effect on the financial performance of the banking industry.
The Independent Board of Commissioners has no effect on the financial
performance of the banking industry. The Board of Directors has no effect on the
financial performance of banks. Institutional ownership has no effect on the
financial performance of banks. The Audit Committee affects the financial
performance of banks. The size of the Company affects the financial performance
of banks.
