Abstract

ABSTRACT
Developing information technology for human need made all the work wanted more
easily and quickly. Human need for an information in all areas and especially in the field of
health care will make a functional part of the Health System. Health Information Systems is
one of them is the IHC to improve the health of babies and toddlers are very large. To
increase the range of activities promoting, hence the need for integrated health information
system (SIP) which can be used to facilitate the course of events IHC. Until now integrated
health care still needs to be improved. To improve GMP services necessary to SIP
development model that can overcome existing problems, it is necessary as a follow-up to
resolve the existing problems and to simplify the management of data in IHC Health
Information.
In this research, the software can be made to resolve the problem IHC with an
integrated health information system application services and Web-Based Android. In this
application cadres can provide information on the results of the IHC and the participants can
see the results of the information that has been input by the cadres. By way of cadres utilize
the website to enter data and make participants utilize IHC IHC information services via
Mobile Phone Android. For application development, this system uses J2ME and Java
programming language PHP, MySQL as the database while.
This application is expected to help the cadres process data via IHC IHC website and
help participants obtain information through Mobile Phone Android on the control card,
nutrition conscious family (Kadarzi), Clean and Healthy Behaviors (PHBs), and activities in
IHC Puri Balecatur Asri well and quickly.

ABSTRAK
Teknologi informasi berkembang karena kebutuhan manusia yang semua
pekerjaannya ingin di buat lebih mudah dan cepat. Kebutuhan manusia akan suatu informasi
di semua bidang dan khususnya dibidang pelayanan kesehatan akan menjadikan bagian
fungsional dari Sistem Kesehatan. Sistem Informasi Kesehatan ini salah satunya adalah
Posyandu untuk meningkatkan kesehatan bayi dan anak balita sangat besar. Untuk
meningkatkan berbagai kegiatan Posyandu, maka perlu adanya Sistem Informasi Posyandu
(SIP) yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah jalannya kegiatan Posyandu. Sampai saat
ini pelayanan Posyandu masih perlu ditingkatkan. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Posyandu
diperlukan adanya model pengembangan SIP yang dapat mengatasi masalah yang ada, maka
diperlukan sebagai tindak lanjut untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada dan untuk
mempermudah pengelolaan data Informasi Kesehatan di Posyandu.
Pada penelitian ini telah dapat dibuat perangkat lunak untuk menyelesaikan masalah
Posyandu dengan sebuah sistem Aplikasi Layanan Informasi Posyandu Berbasis Web dan
Android. Dalam aplikasi ini kader Posyandu dapat memberikan informasi hasil dari Posyandu
tersebut dan peserta dapat melihat hasil informasi yang telah di input oleh kader Posyandu.
Dengan cara kader Posyandu memanfaatkan website untuk memasukkan data dan buat
peserta Posyandu memanfaatkan layanan informasi Posyandu lewat Mobile Phone Android.
Untuk Pembuatan aplikasi, sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman Java J2ME dan
PHP, sedangkan MySQL sebagai databasenya.
Aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu membantu kader Posyandu mengolah data Posyandu
melalui website dan membantu peserta Posyandu mendapatkan informasi melalui Mobile
Phone Android tentang kartu kendali, keluarga sadar gizi (Kadarzi), Perilaku Hidup Bersih
dan Sehat (PHBS), dan kegiatan yang ada di Posyandu Puri Balecatur Asri dengan baik dan
cepat.
