Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analayzethe performanceof hospital Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo on the financial perspective, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth with the Balanced Scorecard method. Sampling was carried out by random samplingthe sample size was determined using formula Slovin and obtained 87 responders of 674 patients and 87 respondents of 695 employees. Data collection methods used are documentation, intervies, and questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The resuls obtained, in 2013 until 2015 the average performance of the financial perspective is not goodbecause of the persistence of the extravagance in the use budget, while the performance on the customer perspective, internal business process also learning and growth perspective as a whole has been good enough. Keyword: Balanced Scorecard, financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengabalisis tingkat kinerja RSUD Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo pada perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, pemebelajaran dan pertumbuhan dengan metode Balanced Scorecard. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling pengambilan acak uuran sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh 87 responden dari 674 pasien dan 87 responden dari 695 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pada tahun 2013-2015 secara rata-rata kinerja pada perspektif keuangan kurang baik karena masih adanya pemborosan dalam penggunaan anggaran, sedangkan kinerja pada perspektif pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan secara keseluruhan sudah baik.
