INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah angkatan kerja,
investasi asing langsung, dan indeks persepsi korupsi terhadap produk domestic
bruto per kapita di 6 negara ASEAN tahun 2012-2020. Data dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan data sekunder yaitu jumlah angkatan kerja yang diproksikan
dengan data labor force, investasi asing langsung, indeks persepsi korupsi di 6
negara ASEAN tahun 2012-2020. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari
publikasi website Worldbank dengan sampel sebanyak 6 negara serta selama
2012-2020. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data
panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah angkatan kerja dan indeks
persepsi korupsi berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap produk domestic
bruto dan investasi asing langsung berpengaruh secara positif tetapi tidak
signifikan terhadap produk domestuk bruto per kapita di 6 negara ASEAN tahun
2012-2020.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the labor force, foreign direct
investment, and the index of corruption perceptions on gross domestic product
per capita in 6 ASEAN countries in 2012-2020. The data in this study uses
secondary data, namely the number of the workforce proxied by labor force data,
foreign direct investment, corruption perception index in 6 ASEAN countries in
2012-2020. The data in this study were obtained from publications on the
Worldbank website with a sample of 6 countries during 2012-2020. The analytical
tool used in this research is panel data regression. The results of this study
indicate that the size of the workforce and the index of perceptions of corruption
have a significant positive effect on gross domestic product and foreign direct
investment has a positive but not significant effect on gross domestic product per
capita in 6 ASEAN countries in 2012-2020.
