BERDASAR DATA SUMUR EKSPLORASI PADA LAPANGAN “NDM”

Sumur N-3 merupakan sumur pengembangan yang akan di bor pada Lapangan
“NDM”. problem pada sumur existing Abnormal Over Pressure yang
mengakibatkan kick pada Formasi Rancak dan Formasi Kujung. Terdapat zona
Narrow Pressure Window pada Formasi Kujung. Pada Tugas Akhir ini memiliki
maksud untuk merencanakan pemboran sumur dengan melakukan desain casing
setting depth, desain mud weight, desain casing, dan rig selection. Tugas Akhir ini
memiliki tujuan melakukan desain teknis sumur pemboran pada sumur usulan
untuk mencegah permasalahan yang terjadi pada sumur existing.
Perencanaan casing setting depth sumur N-3 menggunakan mud window dengan
cara plotting data pore pressure dan tekanan rekah formasi gradient fracture.
Menentukan mud weight yang sesuai untuk pemboran selanjutnya dengan
mengevaluasi mud weight pemboran sumur exsisting dan pengamatan pressure
window. Pada Casing design sumur N-3 menggunakan metode pembebanan
maksimal. Pada penentuan horse power ratting rig menggunakan perhitungan pada
sistem angkat, sistem putar, dan sistem sirkulasi.
Hasil desain Sumur N-3 adalah Casing setting depth untuk section 9-5/8 inch akan
dinaikkan pada kedalaman 4500 ft/4900 ftMD. Mud weight sebesar 8,5 ppg untuk
trayek 26 inch, MW 9 ppg untuk trayek 17-1/2 inch, MW 10 ppg untuk trayek 12-
1/4 inch, dan desain MW sebesar 13,8 pada trayek 8-1/2inch. Casing yang
digunakan section conductor dengan OD 20 inch menggunakang grade H-40#94
ppf, BTC; pada section surface dengan OD 13 3/8 inch dengan grade J-55#61
ppf,BTC; pada section Intermediate dengan OD 9 5/8 inch menggunakan grade K-
55#40 ppf,BTC; dan pada section production dengan OD 7 inch menggunakan
grade L-80#29 ppf, BTC. Rekomendasi rig yang digunakan untuk pemboran N-3
adalah Rig PDSI#41.3/N110UE-E dengan power ratting 1500 HP.

DRILLING PLAN OF “N-3” DEVELOPMENT WELL BASED ON
EXPLORATION WELL DATA IN “NDM” FIELD

The N-3 well is a development well that will be drilled in the "NDM" Field. problem
in the existing well Abnormal Over Pressure which resulted in a kick in the Rancak
Formation and Kujung Formation. There is a Narrow Pressure Window zone in the
Kujung Formation. This final assignment aims to plan well drilling by designing
casing setting depth, mud weight design, casing design, and rig selection. This final
project aims to carry out technical design for drilling wells in proposed wells to
prevent problems that occur in existing wells.
Planning the casing depth setting for the N-3 well using a mud window by plotting
pore pressure data and gradient fracture formation fracture pressure. Determine
the appropriate mud weight for subsequent drilling by evaluating the mud weight
for existing well drilling and observing the pressure window. In the N-3 well casing
design, the maximum loading method is used. Determining the horse power rating
rig uses calculations on the lifting system, rotating system and circulation system.
The design result of the N-3 Well is that the Casing setting depth for the 9-5/8 inch
section will be raised to a depth of 4500 ft/4900 ftMD. Mud weight is 8.5 ppg for
26 inch routes, MW 9 ppg for 17-1/2 inch routes, MW 10 ppg for 12-1/4 inch routes,
and design MW is 13.8 for 8-1/2 inch routes. . The casing used by section
conductors with an OD of 20 inches uses grade H-40#94 ppf, BTC; on section
surface with OD 13 3/8 inch with grade J-55#61 ppf, BTC; in the Intermediate
section with an OD of 9 5/8 inch using grade K-55#40 ppf, BTC; and in the
production section with an OD of 7 inches using grade L-80#29 ppf, BTC. The
recommended rig used for N-3 drilling is Rig PDSI#41.3/N110UE-E with a power
rating of 1500 HP.
