Abstract
ABSTRAK
Otonomi daerah bertujuan agar setiap daerah dapat mandiri dalam melakukan
pembangunan daerahnya dalam bentuk biaya modal guna menambah aset tetap
daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Pertumbuhan
Ekonomi, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Dana Bagi Hasil, Pendapatan
Asli Daerah, SiLPA, dan Luas Wilayah terhadap Belanja Modal Kabupaten/Kota di
Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari Badan
Pemeriksa Keuangan tahun 2013. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah 180 Kabupaten/Kota yang berada di Indonesia. Untuk menganalisis data
menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis
menyatakan bahwa variabel Dana Bagi Hasil, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Luas
Wilayah berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal. Sedangkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi,
Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, SiLPA tidak berpengaruh terhadap
Belanja Modal.
Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi
Khusus, Dana Bagi Hasil, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, SiLPA, Luas Wilayah,
Belanja Modal.
ABSTRACT
Regional Autonomy intended that each region can be independent in
conducting regional development in the form of capital cost in order to increase the
area of fixed assets. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is the
influence of the Economic Growth, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation
Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund, Original Income Area, SiLPA, and Total Area against
Capital Expenditure of the District/City in Indonesia. This study used secondary data
obtained from the Supreme Audit Agency in 2013. The sample used in the study were
180 District/City located in Indonesia. The way to analyze the data by using multiple
linier regression analysis. Based on the analysis stated that the variable Revenue
Sharing Fund, Original Income Area, Total Area effect on Capital Expenditure.
While Economic Growth, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, SiLPA
does not effect on Captital Expenditure.
