ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh leverage,
corporate social responsibility (CSR), struktur modal, dan intellectual capital
terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini yaitu leverage, corporate social responsibility (CSR), struktur modal,
dan intellectual capital, serta variabel dependen yang digunakan yaitu kinerja
keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan
tahunan perusahaan dengan indeks Kompas 100 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan
dengan indeks Kompas 100 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2019. Jumlah
sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 27 sampel dengan metode pengambilan sampel
purposive sampling. Metode statistik untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan
menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa leverage dan intellectual capital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan
perusahaan pada perusahaan dengan indeks Kompas 100, sedangkan CSR dan
struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kienrja keuangan perusahaan pada
perusahaan dengan indeks Kompas 100.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze empirically the effect of leverage, corporate
social responsibility (CSR), capital structure, and intellectual capital on the
company's financial performance. The independent variables used in this study are
leverage, corporate social responsibility (CSR), capital structure, and intellectual
capital. , and the dependent variable used is the company's financial performance.
This study uses secondary data from the annual reports of companies with the
Kompas 100 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. The
population in this study are companies with the Kompas 100 index listed on the IDX
for the 2017-2019 period. The number of samples set as many as 27 samples with
purposive sampling method. Statistical method for hypothesis testing using multiple
linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage and
intellectual capital affect the company's financial performance in companies with
the Kompas 100 index, while CSR and capital structure have no effect on the
company's financial performance in companies with the Kompas 100 index.
