ABSTRAK
SLBN 2 Gunungkidul merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menangani anak
berkebutuhan khusus seperti tunanetra (A) tunarungu wicara (B) Tunagrahita (C) dan
Autis yang terletak di Padukuhan Bogor II, Kalurahan Playen, Kapanewon Playen,
Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. SLBN2 Gunungkidul ini
berada di bawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Daerah
Istimewa Yogyakarta. SLBN2 Gunungkidul ini menjadi pusat kegiatan Pendidikan bagi
masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitarnya terutama yang mempunyai anak berkebutuhan
khusus. Pada susunan organisasi Tata Usaha yang berada di SLBN2 Gunungkidul memiliki
tenaga pengurus dan pengelola barang atau kustodian. Dalam proses peminjaman barang
terdapat beberapa permasalahan yaitu dalam pengelolaan peminjaman barang masih
dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual dicatat dengan tangan dan menggunakan
windows excel sederhana, sehingga dalam proses pengelolaan maupun penyajian data
belum bisa maksimal dan akurat, dalam penyajian laporannya pun juga terkesan lambat.
Karena terkait permasalahan tersebut diatas, maka tujuan dari penulisan laporan
tugas akhir ini adalah memberikan solusi terkait permasalahan tentang peminjaman barang
dengan membuat sebuah Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Barang Milik
Daerah (BMD) di SLBN 2 Gunungkidul Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Waterfall.
Terdapat beberapa keunggulan dari Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Peminjaman
Barang Milik Daerah di SLBN 2 Gunungkidul Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Waterfall
ini, diantaranya dapat mengetahui keberadaan, posisi dan kondisi barang yang sedang di
pinjam dengan cepat. Secara umum, bagi guru atau karyawan yang menginginkan
informasi dan yang menginginkan untuk meminjam barang barang inventaris dapat segera
tertangani dengan baik.Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Barang Milik
Daerah di SLBN 2 Gunungkidul Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Waterfall dirancang
menggunakan diagram konteks, diagram alur data, rancangan tabel, diagram relasi antar
tabel, dan rancangan antarmuka. Sistem ini dapat dibangun menggunakan server web
Apache, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL.
Hasil akhir yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan pada Rancang
Bangun Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Barang Milik Daerah di SLBN 2 Gunungkidul
Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Waterfall yaitu dapat menyimpan data peminjaman barang
di SLBN2 Gunungkidul secara terkomputerisasi dan menghasilkan laporan yang akurat
serta dapat membantu dokumentasi peminjaman barang milik daerah menjadi lebih efektif
dan efisien dengan desain sistem antarmuka berbasis web, mempermudah kontrol
keberadaan dan kondisi barang yang dipinjam. Dan dengan pengujian aplikasi
menggunakan metode black box, dengan hasil dari pengujian menu utama ada 7 buah
menu yang terbagi lagi menjadi 35 sub menu. Dengan hasil perhitungan 30 dari 35 dalam
desimal = 0.86, 30 dibagi 35 dalam pecahan = 30/35, 30 dibagi 35 dalam prosentase =
85.71%. Dan dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan sesuai
dengan yang diharapkan. Dan berdasarkan dari perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai
kelayakan sistem aplikasi sebesar 85.71%. Jadi berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat
disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi peminjaman barang dapat berjalan dengan baik.

ABSTRACT
SLBN 2 Gunungkidul is one of the schools that handles children with special needs
such as the blind (A) deaf speech (B) mentally retarded (C) and autism which are located
in Padukuhan Bogor II, Playen Village, Kapanewon Playen, Gunungkidul Regency,
Yogyakarta Special Region Province. SLBN2 Gunungkidul is under the auspices of the
Education, Youth and Sports Office of the Special Province of Yogyakarta. SLBN2
Gunungkidul is a center for educational activities for the people living around it, especially
those with children with special needs. In the organizational structure of the Administration
at SLBN2 Gunungkidul, there are management staff and goods managers or custodians. In
the process of borrowing goods there are several problems, namely in the management of
borrowing goods is still done conventionally or manually recorded by hand and using a
simple Excel window, so that the process of managing and presenting data cannot be
maximized and accurate, the presentation of the report also seems slow.
Because it is related to the problems mentioned above, the purpose of writing this
final report is to provide a solution related to the problem of borrowing goods by creating a
Design and Development of Regional Property Lending Information System (BMD) at
SLBN 2 Gunungkidul Web-Based Using the Waterfall Method. There are several
advantages of Designing a Web-Based Lending Information System for Regional Property
Loans at SLBN 2 Gunungkidul Using the Waterfall Method, including being able to
quickly find out the whereabouts, position and condition of the goods being borrowed. In
general, for teachers or employees who want information and who want to borrow
inventory items can be handled properly. The Design of the Information System for
Borrowing Regional Property at SLBN 2 Gunungkidul Web-Based with the Waterfall
Method is designed using context diagrams, data flow diagrams, table design, relationship
diagrams between tables, and interface design. This system can be built using Apache web
server, PHP programming language and MySQL database.
The final results obtained are based on tests carried out on the Information System
Design for Loans of Regional Property at SLBN 2 Gunungkidul Web-Based with the
Waterfall Method, namely being able to store data on borrowing goods at SLBN2
Gunungkidul in a computerized manner and produce accurate reports and can help
document borrowing goods belonging to the region become more effective and efficient
with a web-based interface system design, making it easier to control the availability and
condition of borrowed goods. And by testing the application using the black box method,
with the results of testing the main menu there are 7 menus which are further divided into
35 sub menus. With the calculation results 30 out of 35 in decimal = 0.86, 30 divided by 35
in fractions = 30/35, 30 divided by 35 in percentage = 85.71%. And the test results show
that the application can run as expected. And based on the calculation shows that the
feasibility value of the application system is 85.71%. So based on these results, it can be
concluded that the application for borrowing goods can run well.
