Abstract
Telah dilakukan pemetaan batubara daerah Mitra Ogan dan Sungai Napal, Kecamatan Sekayu, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Propinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan metode Resistivitas konfigurasi Dipole – dipole dengan spasi elektroda 5 meter, panjang lintasan 235 meter dan pengambilan data sebanyak 10 lintasan. Peralatan utama yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah Resistymeter Syscal beserta peralatan penunjang lainnya. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keberadaan batubara, berdasarkan nilai resistivitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penyebaran batubara yang terdeteksi memiliki nilai resistivitas >475 Ω.m. Data dari 10 lintasan daerah penelitian keberadaan batubara yang terdeteksi terdapat pada kedalaman berbeda- beda. Batubara kedalam dangkal terdapat pada ±20 meter, sedangkan batubara kedalaman dalam terdapat pada ±40 meter di bawah permukaan. Dan terdapat 1 lapisan batuara. Kata Kunci : Resistivitas, Dipole -dipole, Batubara. The mapping coal has been done in Mitra Ogan and Sungai Napal Region, Sekayu Distric, Musi Banyuasin Regent and South Sumatra Province use the resistivity method dipole – dipole configuration with space 5 meters electrode, 235 meters long and data acquisition for 10 as many as line. The main equipment used in data acquisition is Resistivitymeter Syscal and equipment supporting other. The research was conducted purpose to identify where the coal located, based on the value of resistivity. Based on the research result dissemination the coal detected has a value of resistivity >475 Ω-m. data from the research area detected 10 line at different depths. Into shallow coal is at ±20 meters, while in the depths of coal are present in ±40 meters the subsurface. And there are 1 seam coal. Key words: Resistivity, Dipole-dipole, Coal.
