ABSTRAK
Bahan baku merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam proses
berjalannya produksi. PT Adi Satria Abadi adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang
memproduksi sarung tangan dan juga dalam bidang penyamakan kulit. Bahan baku kulit
kambing yang diperoleh perusahaan dengan bekerja sama dengan para supplier lokal.
Namun, sering kali perusahaan menghadapi permasalahan seperti banyaknya bahan baku
yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kriteria perusahaan dalam memenuhi permintaan
konsumen. Terdapat beberapa daerah yang bekerja sama dengan PT. Adi Satria Abadi
untuk menjadi supplier seperti daerah Wonogiri, Sidoarjo, Cianjur, Lumajang, Jombang,
Kediri, Cirebon, dan Rembang. Kinerja supplier yang tidak memenuhi ekpektasi dan
permintaan perusahaan merupakan salah satu penyebab perusahaan sering mengalami
kekurangan bahan baku yang sesuai. Sehingga dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan
supplier prioritas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dengan memberikan penilaian
terhadap supplier sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan.
Kriteria yang dipilih dalam melakukan perbandingan yaitu kualitas, pengiriman,
sistem komunikasi, layanan perbaikan, harga, fleksibilitas dan prosedur komplain.
Beberapa kriteria tersebut diambil dari pertimbangan perusahanaan sesuai dengan kondisi
dan permasalahan yang ada. Setiap kriteria akan ditentukan bobotnya dengan
menggunakan metode Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) dan akan
diolah kembali untuk mengetahui urutan prioritasnya dengan menggunakan metode
Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Hasil penelitian
ini adalah urutan prioritas supplier bahan baku kulit kambing serta mengetahui pengaruh
dari perubahan nilai kepentingan kriteria yang diberikan responden melalui uji sensitivitas.
Setelah dilakukan penelitian diketahui bahwa kualitas merupakan kriteria dengan
nilai bobot tertinggi dan prosedur komplain adalah nilai bobot yang terendah. Hasil urutan
prioritas supplier secara berurutan dilihat dari nilai preferensinya yaitu Lumajang sebesar
0,86962, Cianjur sebesar 0,83041, Sidoarjo sebesar 0,75258, Cirebon sebesar 0,63444,
Kediri sebesar 0,48019, Wonogiri sebesar 0,26704, Rembang sebesar 0,24954 dan
Jombang sebesar 0,23214. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi
perusahaan dalam memilih prioritas supplier agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku
Perusahaan.

DETERMINING SUPPLIER PRIORITY SEQUENCE
USING SWARA AND TOPSIS
(Case Study: PT. Adi Satria Abadi, Bantul)
ABSTRACT
Raw materials are a very important component in the production process. PT Adi
Satria Abadi is a manufacturing company that produces gloves and is also in the leather
tanning sector. The raw material for goat skin obtained by the company in cooperation
with the supplier local. However, companies often face problems such as the large number
of raw materials that do not match the company's needs and criteria in meeting consumer
demand. There are several areas that cooperate with PT. Adi Satria Abadi to become
supplier such as the Wonogiri, Sidoarjo, Cianjur, Lumajang, Jombang, Kediri, Cirebon,
and Rembang areas. Performancesupplier which do not meet the expectations and
demands of the company is one of the reasons the company often experiences a shortage
of appropriate raw materials. So conducted research to determine supplier priority
according to the needs of the company by providing an assessment of suppliers according
to predetermined criteria.
This study will do a comparison using the method Step-wise Weight Assessment
Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal
Solution (TOPSIS) to determine priority supplier at PT. Adi Satria Abadi in the goat skin
raw material section. The criteria considered by the decision maker are quality, delivery,
communication system, repair service, price, flexibility and complaint procedure. The
criteria are selected based on consideration of the conditions and problems that exist in
the company. The results of this study are the order of priority supplier goat skin raw
materials and knowing the effect of changes in the importance value of the criteria given
by respondents through a sensitivity test.
In this study, it is known that the weight value for each criterion with the highest
weight is quality and the smallest weight is complaint procedure. Priority order results
supplier sequentially seen from the preference value, namely Lumajang at 0.86962,
Cianjur at 0.83041, Sidoarjo at 0.75258, Cirebon at 0.63444, Kediri at 0.48019, Wonogiri
at 0.26704, Rembang at 0.24954 and Jombang at 0.23214. The priority sequence obtained
can be used by the company as a reference in determining supplier used to meet the needs
and demand for raw materials.
