ABSTRAK
Berbagai keterbatasan yang dihadapi sekolah baik dalam kepemilikan sumber daya,
Informasi,dan Teknologi, oleh karena itu Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Pleret sangat perlu
membuat perencanaan yang tepat dalam pengalokasian sumber daya yang dimiliki dalam
mendukung operasional yang akan dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, untuk
memastikan jalannya operasional tersebut maka diperlukan sistem informasi yang baik karena di
Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Pleret masih manual dalam pembayaran penting adannya
pengendalian internal dilihat dari sistem informasi adalah untuk membantu manajemen dalam
mendukung keputusan, dan membina sistem yang handal dan dapat dipercaya.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi berbasis web ini
adalah metode waterfall. Metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang dilakukan secara
sekuensial dan juga berurutan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak,dimulai dari analisis
kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan.yang diakhiri
dengan dukungan pada perangkat lunak lengkap yang dihasilkan.
Berdasarkan dari data hasil pengujian sistem di dapatkan hasil pengujian yang
dimana masuk ke kategori “sangat baik”. Dari dua hasil pengujian tersebut dapat di tarik
kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh pengguna.

ABSTRACT
Various limitations faced by schools both in terms of resource ownership, information and
technology, therefore Pleret 1 Public Senior High School really needs to make proper
planning in allocating the resources it has in supporting the operations that will be carried
out to achieve the goals that have been set. To ensure that the operation runs, a good
information system is needed because in Pleret 1 Public Senior High School it is still
manual in important payments. Internal control, seen from the information system, is to
assist management in supporting decisions, and fostering a reliable and trustworthy
system.
The research method used in designing this web-based application is the waterfall method.
This method has stages that are carried out sequentially and also sequentially in software
development, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing
and maintenance which ends with support for the complete software produced.
Based on the data from system testing results, the test results are obtained which fall into
the "very good" category. From the two test results it can be concluded that the application
can be used properly by users.
