OPTIMASI SUCKER ROD PUMP BERDASARKAN DATA PRODUCTION
PERFORMANCE PADA SUMUR PE-005, PE-020, PE-084, PE-094, DAN
PE-P01 LAPANGAN MTL PT PERTAMINA EP CEPU

Sumur PE-005, PE-020, PE-084, PE-094 dan PE-P01 terletak pada
Lapangan MTL dan termasuk dalam Wilayah Kerja PT Pertamina EP Cepu
dengan metode produksi artificial lift berupa sucker rod pump (SRP) tipe
konvensional. Evaluasi kondisi terpasang Sumur PE-005 dan PE-P01 untuk nilai
efisiensi volumetris tidak dalam kondisi efisien (<70%) yaitu sebesar 23.1% dan
50.97%. Pada Sumur PE-020, PE-084, dan PE-094 sudah dalam kondisi efisien
(>70%) yaitu sebesar 75.3%, 92.9%, 72.5%, tetapi potensi peningkatan laju
produksi masih dapat direncanakan.
Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode API RP 11L untuk
mengetahui kinerja pumping unit berdasarkan spesifikasi pompa terpasang dengan
output berupa PPRL,MPRL, pump displacement, efisiensi volumetris pada
kondisi terpasang, dan pada tahap perencanaan optimasi dilakukan berdasarkan
kemampuan dan keadaan sumur menggunakan nodal system analysis dengan
crossplot antara kurva IPR dan pump intake dengan mengubah parameter –
parameter pompa yaitu stroke length (S), kecepatan pompa (N), atau diameter
plunger (Dp).
Sumur PE-005 mengalami peningkatan laju produksi produksi dari 52.9
bpd menjadi 56.2 bpd, EV dari 23.1% menjadi 24.3%, dan net oil dari 2.64 bopd
menjadi 2.81 bopd. Sumur PE-020 mengalami peningkatan laju produksi dari
290.2 bpd menjadi 338.7 bpd, EV dari 75.33% menjadi 85.16%, dan net oil dari
11.89 bopd menjadi 13.88 bopd. Sumur PE-084 sudah dalam kondisi optimum
produksi pumping unit. Sumur PE-094 mengalami peningkatan laju produksi dari
249.8 bpd menjadi 263 bpd, dan net oil dari 4.76 bopd menjadi 5.01 bopd. Sumur
PE-P01 mengalami peningkatan laju produksi dari 92.8 bpd menjadi 97.8 bpd,
dan net oil dari 33.3 bopd menjadi 35.1 bopd.

SUCKER ROD PUMP OPTIMIZATION BASED ON PRODUCTION
PERFORMANCE DATA AT WELLS PE-005, PE-020, PE-084, PE-094, AND
PE-P01 MTL FIELD PT PERTAMINA EP CEPU

Wells PE-005, PE-020, PE-084, PE-094 and PE-P01 are located in the
MTL Field and are included in the PT Pertamina EP Cepu Working Area with an
artificial lift production method in the form of a conventional type sucker rod
pump (SRP). Evaluation of the installed condition of Wells PE-005 and PE-P01
for volumetric efficiency value is not in efficient condition (<70%) which is 23.1%
and 50.97%. Wells PE-020, PE-084, and PE-094 are already in an efficient
condition (>70%) at 75.3%, 92.9%, 72.5%, but a potential increase in production
rate can still be planned.
Evaluation is carried out using the API RP 11L method to determine the
performance of the pumping unit based on the installed pump specifications with
outputs in the form of PPRL, MPRL, pump displacement, volumetric efficiency
under installed conditions, and in the optimization planning stage based on the
capabilities and conditions of the well using nodal system analysis with a
crossplot between the IPR curve and pump intake by changing the pump
parameters, namely stroke length (S), pump speed (N), or plunger diameter (Dp).
Well PE-005 experienced an increase in production rate from 52.9 bpd to
56.2 bpd, EV from 23.1% to 24.3%, and net oil from 2.64 bopd to 2.81 bopd. Well
PE-020 experienced an increase in production rate from 290.2 bpd to 338.7 bpd,
EV from 75.33% to 85.16%, and net oil from 11.89 bopd to 13.88 bopd. Well PE-
084 is at optimum pumping unit production. Well PE-094 experienced an increase
in production rate from 249.8 bopd to 263 bopd, and net oil from 4.76 bopd to
5.01 bopd. Well PE-P01 experienced an increase in production rate from 92.8
bpd to 97.8 bpd, and net oil from 33.3 bopd to 35.1 bopd.
