Produksi dan Pengendalian Persediaan Tebu di PG Madukismo Kabupaten Bantul
Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Di bawah arahan Nanik Dara Senjawati.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis tren kapasitas produksi PG
Madukismo pada dua musim giling mendatang. (2) Menganalisis kuantitas
pemesanan ekonomis tebu PG Madukismo pada musim giling 2022. (3)
Menganalisis biaya persediaan total PG Madukismo musim giling 2022 apabila
kuantitas pemesanan tebu ekonomis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian ini
menggunakan metode purposive. Metode penentuan responden pada penelitian ini
menggunakan metode purposive. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini
dengan cara observasi, in-depth interview, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data
tren kapasitas produksi menggunakan proyeksi tren, pengecekan akurasi peramalan
menggunakan Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE) dan
Mean Absolute Percent Error (MAPE), dan pengendalian persediaan menggunakan
metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point (ROP), Total Inventory
Cost (TIC). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tren kapasitas produksi PG
Madukismo dua musim giling medatang menurun yaitu pada tahun 2023 sebanyak
293.222 ton dan tahun 2024 sebanyak 291.443 ton. Kuantitas pemesanan ekonomis
tebu PG Madukismo sebanyak 66.887 kuintal dengan frekuensi pemesanan 45 kali.
Titik pemesanan kembali PG Madukismo adalah 17.500 kuintal. Biaya persediaan
total yang dikeluarkan oleh PG Madukismo menurut metode EOQ sebesar Rp
27.659.114.120 yang menunjukan adanya efisiensi biaya persediaan sebesar Rp
26.334.567.480 apabila dibandingkan dengan kebijakan PG Madukismo.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to (1) Analyze trend of PG Madukismo production capacity in
the next two milling seasons. (2) Analyze economic order quantity of sugarcane PG
Madukismo in 2022. (3) Analyze total inventory cost of PG Madukismo in 2022 if
the ordering quantity of sugarcane is economic. Type of this research is descriptive
research using a quantitative approach. The method of determining location of this
research using purposive method. The method of determining respondents in this
research using purposive method. The data collection method in this research using
observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques for
production capacity trends using trend projections, checking forecasting accuracy
using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Mean
Absolute Percent Error (MAPE), and inventory control using the Economic Order
Quantity (EOQ) method, Reorder Point (ROP), Total Inventory Cost (TIC). The
results showed that the trend of PG Madukismo's production capacity in the next
two milling seasons decreased, in 2023 as much as 293,222 tons and in 2024 as
much as 291,443 tons. Economic order quantity of sugarcane PG Madukismo is
66,887 quintals with a frequency of 45 orders. PG Madukismo's reorder point is
17,500 quintals. Total inventory costs PG Madukismo according to the EOQ
method is Rp 27,659,114,120 with an efficiency of inventory costs Rp
26,334,567,480 if compared to PG Madukismo's policy.
