ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui rantai pasok beras melalui
BUMDes Makmur Jaya di Desa Sribit (2) menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok beras
melalui BUMDes Makmur Jaya di Desa Sribit. Metode penelitian menggunakan
deskriptif kuantitatif pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengambilan sampel
menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Teknik
analisis data menggunakan Food Supply Chain Networks (FSCN), Supply Chain
Operation Reference (SCOR), dan Return on Asset (ROA). Hasil penelitian 1.
aliran rantai pasokan beras yang melalui BUMDes Makmur Jaya memiliki tiga
pelaku utama yaitu petani, BUMDes Makmur Jaya, dan konsumen yang terdiri dari
pedagang kelontong, warung makan, katering, dan konsumen langsung serta
mengelola tiga macam aliran yaitu aliran produk, aliran uang dan aliran informasi.
2. Tiga matrik kinerja yang termasuk kategori baik yaitu lead time berlangsung 4,9
hari, siklus pemenuhan permintaan berlangsung 5,08 hari, dan persediaan harian
0,99 hari. Tiga matrik kinerja yang termasuk kategori sangat baik yaitu pemenuhan
pesanan sebesar 99,15%, agility berlangsung 4,9 hari, dan siklus cash to cash
berlangsung 0,99 hari. Matriks kinerja yang sangat kurang baik, yaitu kesesuaian
standar sebesar 73% dan matriks kinerja kurang baik yaitu kinerja pengiriman
sebesar 86,51%. Hasil ROA didapatkan 28,34% atau sangat sehat. Kesimpulan dari
penelitian ini aliran barang, aliran uang, dan aliran informasi pada rantai pasok
beras yang melalui BUMDes Makmur Jaya dan kinerja rantai pasok beras melalui
BUMDes Makmur Jaya di Desa Sribit sudah berjalan baik, hanya kinerja
pengiriman masih rendah dan kesesuaian standar sangat rendah, serta kinerja
keuangan sangat sehat.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to (1) determine the rice supply chain through
BUMDes Makmur Jaya in Sribit Village (2) analyze the performance of the rice
supply chain through BUMDes Makmur Jaya in Sribit Village. The research
method used a descriptive quantitative case study approach. The method of
determine the sample used the nonprobability sampling method by way of purposive
sampling. Data analysis techniques using Food Supply Chain Networks (FSCN),
Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), and Return on Asset (ROA). Research
results 1. supply chain flow of rice at BUMDes Makmur Jaya had three main actors,
namely farmers, BUMDes Makmur Jaya, and consumer, consisting of grocery
traders, food stalls, catering, and direct consumers. Besides, this company carried
out three types of flows, namely product flow, money flow, and information flow. 2.
Three performance matrices that fall into the good category were lead time lasting
4.9 days, order fulfillment cycle lasting 5.08 days, and daily inventory 0.99 days.
Three performance matrix that fall into the excellent category were order
fulfillment of 99.15%, agility lastsing 4.9 days, and cash to cash cycle lastsing 0.99
days. The performance matrix was very unfavorable, namely standard conformity
of 73% and the performance matrix was very unfavorable namely delivery
performance of 86.51%, ROA result were 28,34% or financial performance was
very healthy. The conclusion from this research was that the flow of goods, money
flow, and information flow in the rice supply chain through BUMDes Makmur Jaya
and the performance of the rice supply chain through BUMDes Makmur Jaya in
Sribit Village has been going well, only delivery performance was still low and
standard conformity was very low, and financial performance was very healthy.
